This condo is located in a perfect spot with views for days! We were easily able to rent bikes and bike around. The area is very bike friendly. The people at front desk were very friendly and always willing to help. We had to take a trip to the ER and they were able to guide us to the best/quickest location.The condo is what you would expect from a vacation rental. Some wear and tear on the place from heavy use. Looks like some upgrades have been made in the past but left the finishing touches undone. Couch was super sandy and sticky like it had sunscreen on it. Very limited on dishes and cooking pans. That being said, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and satisfactory. Master bedroom has incredible views, just like the living room. Besides the sandy couch, the place was clean. Speaking of cleaning, watchout for the housekeeper on checkout day. Checkout was 10am, but the housekeeper came in at 8am while we were very much in the middle of packing. They stood right outside until we departed. One of the elevators went down on checkout day, so we waited 30 minutes before we could get down. Also, the beach fills up really fast. If you want a spot, grab it early!! Overall it was a good trip and the condo satisfied the needs we had as a small family.

The location is great, and easy to find. Easy access to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. (You've just gotta time it right, otherwise traffic is bonkers). Also Panama City Beach is 30-45 minutes and Destin is 45 minutes, for day trips. Nice condo, great building, great location.

The unit was nice and view was amazing! The rug in the main bedroom is slippery and needs a grip placed underneath.

The property was easy access to the beach, had a wonderful ocean view where we could watch the sharks and all the sea life 😳. If you enjoy cooking be sure to bring all of your spices. With a few furniture upgrades this condo is a 10. I would consider staying here again.

Nice unit with great views and a smart TV. The building is in a great location. Seaside and several nice restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful beach!
