Great stay for our family! The large kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. Tons of possibilities for deliveries, including under 30 minutes from the local WalMart. Pool was large, clean and beautiful. Driving to anywhere, especially the beach was easy though it is Florida so pay attention to time to locations, not distance. Beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. The porch area with extra seating and games was a wonderful and well used addition. We have family in the area and plan to come back and stay again in the future!

Lovely house with a lot to offer. I am a walker. The neighborhood was great for my morning walk. The beach was within 10 miles. Three large supermarkets near by.The house had a nice pool and there was enough room to separate away from others if you wanted to. The house was well equipped with floats sand toys, games, puzzles, books, so if you were sick of the sun you could find something to do.The kitchen was a good size I did not see a measuring cup and the pots and pans were very well used.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool and climate controlled sunroom. Location was great with nearby stores and restaurants, close to the Narrave Beach. The only thing lacking was no extra trash bags (1 per trash can) or toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom). Property manager was very responsive to any questions. There were pool floats and beach toys available, along with a pack-n-play, stroller, and high chair for the littles. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The house was the best VRBO property we’ve stayed at in the past 10-15 years! It was exactly as described! We had everything we needed! The neighborhood was very nice! We LOVED the pool, especially after the lights came on at night! We had a couple questions and got answers very promptly! Communication was excellent! There was nothing negative! I just can’t say enough positive about this house or the owners! The only problem was that the week went by way too fast! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our family has been staying in vacation rentals for 10-15 years and this was the very best one we’ve had! We had everything we needed to cook, everything was super clean, the house was arranged perfectly for us! The pool was one of our favorites - it is heated and the pool lights automatically come on at night and it’s just beautiful! Anytime we had a question, we just texted Scenic Stays and got a very prompt response! Most vacation rentals we’ve been in don’t let you use the garage, but this one did, it was great to be able to put our car in the garage out of the hot sun! The location was great - just a quick drive to anywhere we were going! I would definitely recommend this house!!! Thank you Scenic Stays for making our vacation perfect!!! The only bad part was that it had to come to an end!

This home is in an upscale, tranquil, lush neighborhood. Very quiet and pristine. It is about a 25-minute drive to the beach but that is good if you don't want noise and crowds. The home is spectacular; my adult children arrived and walked thru the home awestruck and how "rich" the property felt. We felt like celebrities.
2 bedrooms share the jack-and-jill bathrooms so the 4th bedroom needs to decide who they will share with concerning bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and kingly with a stately bathroom.
My favorite room was the large 4 season room overlooking the yard/pool.

We enjoyed our stay. House was great. A few little maintenance things that we told them about, but didn't need anyone to come to fix while we were there. It was a little cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we hoped, but loved sitting out back around it. The house is in a neighborhood, so nothing really in walking distance if you're looking for that. We didn't mind the drive to get to restaurants and other places. Navarre was nice, our first time in that area. Was a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of Destin.

There was a few hiccups at first but nothing to serious. The pool needed to be cleaned but that was resolved before we left. The A/C would not maintain 70* as it should but it would catch up later in the evening. The grounds crew took three days to complete the yard maintenance but we were able to work around it. Very spacious floor plan, bedrooms had dressers and such to keep from digging in a suitcase. The covered patio was very nice and it is cooled also! The pool was a big hit especially after the sun went down and it cooled off a little. The location is minutes away from the beach and a grocery store, which is handy with three teenage boys. Even with the minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would do so again. Thank you for a very nice stay and we look forward to visiting again.

The property was very nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch area and the pool especially since it was a salt water pool. It was the highlight of our stay. I hope we didn't bother the neighbors too much and tried to make sure we respected the noise levels as much as possible. Our state was very nice the house was nice and clean and spacious and there were a couple things none of these affected our stay but future people might be, garbage cabinet is broken and the dryer quit heating Wednesday. But the location was great the house was nice and spacious the pool was nice we had a very good time.
