Just as advertised, one bedroom was small but just about perfect for a family of 4. Our balcony overlooked the beach and the view did not disappoint. All amenities were great as well.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach is so beautiful. I should have stayed an extra day. The beds were really soft. The staff were all friendly. We had a great time. If we had to pick something negative it would be that i wish the pans i side were nonstick. Made them a pain to clean. Lol. But it really has everything you need. We'd totally stay again. Walmart close by for some groceries if needed.

Amazing view and location. Loved the resort and on-site restaurant! Try the shrimp burger with the sensual sauce! You won’t be sorry! Great condo located across from elevator for easy in and out! Would stay again anytime! Great hosts!

We love staying at Sundestin and will probably come back again however there were a couple of items that they should know about and try to remedy. (1) there is a slight smell when you first enter the room, a chemical or something? (2) people in other rooms near ours were smoking pot on several evenings so we ended up not being able to use our balcony on those evenings. Sundestin staff were friendly and wonderful to deal with and the amenities are great as well. We will most likely be back.

My fault. I did not notice that there wasn\'t a table and chairs, nor were there any lamps or side tables, and no table on the balcony on which to set my coffee cup or glass of iced tea. The things I could not see included the base of the counter in the main bathroom falling apart due to the inability to prevent water from falling on the floor when using the shower. It is difficult to move around the bed because it takes up most of the space in the bedroom. The mattress is comfortable, though. The ice maker in the refrigerator doesn\'t work and the two ice trays are cracked so that they only make 4 or 5 cubes of ice at a time. The faucet in the kitchen has the cartridge in 180 degrees off so that the hot water comes out if you push the lever to the cold side. If you are not aware of the cracked trays, the water floods out in the freezer creating a sheet of ice to remove. There is a good view of the beach from the balcony and the building is in a good location for visiting restaurants and attractions. I am not sure who has the responsibility for correcting these issues, but the unit could be a nice place to stay with a little help.

The view was amazing and the new tiki bar pool side YES SIR. The staff was great and the Ice coffee at the gift shop is a must. Literally right by it all so do it all!!
