The condo matches the description and was very nice and clean. The location was very convenient to restaurants and next to the beach which made the stay well worth it. The owners were very responsive with a friendly attitude.

We recently visited 30A and stayed in One Seagrove Place. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Lobby and desk personnel were bright and welcoming. Luggage carts were easily accessed. The elevator was always prompt (typically, elevators in condos take forever or are loaded with people). Our room was spotless with great kitchen accessories. The view from the living room and balcony is beautiful! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Restaurants and fish market within walking distance. Bikes and golf carts for rent. So much more! If you’re looking to vacation in the area… look no further!

When we first arrived at the condo we noticed it’s a beautiful building ! Walking inside it’s so welcoming and such friendly people at the desk. We made our way to our condo and when we walked in the first thing you see is a breath taking view ! Such nice furnishings and all we need med in the kitchen. The master bath is beautiful. The walk down to the beach is so nice. We lived the area also. From bike rides around the area to long days on the beach we loved it all. We will definitely be back !

The property is as advertised and so comfortable. We loved the fast elevators and the nice balcony. The view is spectacular! We had a few minor inconveniences. One was the aggravation that the door entry lock needed new batteries so the first couple days it took several times of entering the code to get in the door. The third day, the door would not unlock and on site guest services handled it within minutes. The second thing was that the sofa bed had no linens or blankets and none of the extra pillows had pillowcases. Also the maters cover on the sofa bed was super sandy so it was obvious it had not been washed.

This condo was perfect for us. Needs just a bit of updating/TLC, but price reflects that and it was wonderful. LOVED the view. So convenient to everything, too. Great staff!!

We had the very best time. This was our 16th year on 30-A. We have stayed at One Seagrove Place several times. Entire bldg just did a remodel, and are not quite finished. Had a few issues with one elevator working, but they are working on getting it all up and running. Staff was so incredibly nice and accomodating. Loved the weather and the beach. Not over crowded. This unit had everything we needed. Really, just perfect. Only 2 miles from Seaside square, so we walked everywhere.

Everything was perfect, except that we had HUGE problems with the elevator, which was out of order most of the time, especially when we checked out : 2 hours delay !
