This was the best experience we have had, the room was perfect! Our shower handle was broke and I put in a ticket, they sent someone asap! We have no complaints and would love to get this room again next year :-)

We had a fantastic stay with Scenic Stays. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and offered an amazing view of the beach and ocean. My wife and kids absolutely loved the pool, and the convenient beach access made it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which created some occasional noise and affected parts of the property. However, it was clear that the improvements being made will be a huge benefit once completed. When all the construction is finished, this place is going to be absolutely amazing. We made great family memories during our stay and would gladly book with Scenic Stays again. Highly recommend!

The only bad thing I can say is about the construction going on in the building was loud, but the views from this top floor is unmatched. We seen dolphins, string rays, and even a sea turtle. Definitely recommend taking some binoculars to see them! The helicopters are eye level when they fly by. We loved our stay here! Book it, you won’t regret it!

This view is the BEST!! Come here for the view! 18th floor end unit you can see for miles from inside and on the balcony!! Clean condo, everything we needed and the bed was actually comfortable!

The view of the gulf made this condo so worth it. Using the front desk made check in easy. The location is a bit off the area where all the action is. It’s not walkable in my opinion. We used Uber a lot to dine and catch excursions. There is construction going on with outdoor pool. And the tiki bar was not open yet. Maybe a seasonal thing?? Overall, enjoyed my stay.

This was our first trip back to Destin in several years and there have been quite a few things that have changed in regards to the beach. I also want to say that the condo was beautiful and the view, staff, location was great. I am not leaving a poor review on the condo. I am leaving a poor review of the “rules” regarding the beach chairs. It is listed on the “what to bring” section that personal umbrellas are prohibited but it goes much deeper than that at almost $2000 to stay for a week it is absolutely ridiculous. We could not set up close enough to the water to see our children because you have to pay for beach umbrella service. And after paying a hefty amount to stay- a additional $300 is not what someone wants to hear. We ended up going down the road and paying $6 at Henderson State Park so we could set up how we wanted and we didn’t have to be 3 rows behind chairs and umbrellas. The only upside to this condo is literally the view and its central location to everything.

Just got back from this unit! The view is amazing, all of the staff (maintenance, security, bartenders, servers, receptionists) are super friendly and helpful! Cant wait to come back!

This place was absolutely amazing! Was very clean, easy to check in, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and last minute grocery or beach runs to Walmart! The unit does not have a washer and dryer as listed however there is a shared laundry room on the floor for $5. The starter packs with toiletries and dishwasher and laundry soap was a nice touch. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs that offers happy hour every day and reasonably priced drinks. Also a gift shop with any other last minute items needed or souvenirs that was surprisingly decently priced. The beach vendor for chair and umbrella rentals is right outside the building, but book early. It was significantly cheaper than their prices quoted online.
The views are AMAZING from the balcony and the beds were comfortable. We listened to the waves crashing in every night to lull us to sleep. The pots and pans are not the best quality to cook with but otherwise the condo is beautiful, upgraded & clean. Would definitely book again!

The condo was a phenomenal value. It was very clean and updated. The amenities were exactly what we needed to have a good experience! There is not a washer and dryer in the unit which we thought there would be and the pots / pans aren’t the best quality for large amounts of cooking. Outside of those two small things the condo was perfect! I gave it a 5 because the two “problems” we experienced we’re so minimal. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great condo with AMAZING top (18th) floor views. Even if I had just sat on the patio the entire trip it would have been worth it. From here you can see everything...so many dolphins, stingrays, big fish...a manatee? birds, and more. It was lovely. The condo itself is just right. On the smaller size but still plenty of space. All of the beds were comfy. Host was flexible and communicative. Loved that we could use the paid chair service to reserve beach chairs for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The room was clean, quiet, and as pictured. Having a convenience store in the building was incredibly convenient (they even make/sell delicious coffee drinks in the morning). We were a short Uber from most attractions. You can pay to rent beach umbrellas and chairs and have them set up for you daily. The beach is perfect. We did notice the splash pad was not operating during our stay (not consequential to our group so I didn't ask why). The hallway going to your room is a bit run down so we were worried getting off the elevator, but the room was perfect thankfully!

Literally! With a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf from the 18th floor balcony, this unit was well supplied and our stay was comfortable in every way. We will return.

We really love SunDestin. We have stayed there several times and keep coming back. I do wish there was a red light in front of it though!
