Located in the heart of Destin, FL is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. Take a dip in the outdoor hot tub to relax or sit in the sauna for a while. Get a quick workout in the fitness center. A few of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee.
SunDestin 1812 is a completely updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with sleeping for seven guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, plus a full bath. Walk into the common area and find a spacious kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is updated and is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats six and the living area has a sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can also be accessed from the balcony and offers a king bed. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity. This spacious two-bedroom corner rental has great views of the Gulf from almost every room.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
Just minutes from SunDestin is the Destin Harbor, where there’s plenty of ways to enjoy the best part of the Emerald Coast - the gorgeous waters. Grab a few waverunner rentals or a larger pontoon boat to take to Crab Island for the day. End your day at Harborwalk Village, or head across the street for dinner at McGuire’s Destin. Every day is a perfect day when you’re at SunDestin 1812, don’t wait any longer to book it!

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
