Palazzo 1708 is a gorgeous corner condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. Stunning interiors and beautiful furnishings welcome you for days of leisure. Living and dining areas are spacious and bright, while bedrooms and bathrooms encourage rest and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and you’ll find plenty of areas to take it all in. Unwind in the living room on the cozy sofa and chairs, or gather around the dining room table for a board game. Snack on appetizers at the breakfast bar with seating for four while the chef of the group whips up tasty treats for everyone to enjoy. Lounge on the expansive private balcony accessible from multiple rooms, all affording beautiful views for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Generous, comfortable bedrooms are welcome after long days exploring, each equipped with flat-screen TVs. Settle into the master suite with a king-sized bed and a large in suite bathroom where you can relax and soak in the jacuzzi tub after a long day of fun in the sun. The guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed, and the third suite offers a queen sized bed with access to its own private balcony. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements, while a full-sized washer and dryer are welcome conveniences.

Grab a quick workout at the fitness facility then refuel at Pier Park, a shopping and entertainment district just minutes away. Things to know:

-Parking is $40.00 per vehicle and you'll find parking in the on-site garage. Take any available space that is not marked.

-Parking garage (maximum clearance is 6'10" - SUVs, vans, minivans, and other recreational type vehicles with car top luggage carriers will not make the 7' clearance. The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street.) No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.

-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.

-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.

Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
