The Crescent 103 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to eight guests. The open-concept living and dining area offers cozy interiors, plenty of seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the breakfast bar and dining table provide plenty of space for gatherings. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and direct access to the walk-out patio, while the guest suite has a queen-sized bed, double bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. A sleeper sofa in the living room and a full-sized washer/dryer add extra convenience.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

·   Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 8 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
