Adorable cottage, decorations/furniture so cute! Wonderful location, very near Seaside. Short walk to the beach. Older home but cute and clean and updated! Everyone enjoyed the large swing on the front porch. Bedrooms were large and had plenty of space for our family. Bunkbeds super cute and kids loved them. The property company was very quick to respond to questions and let us add an extra day easily. I thought beds were very comfy, my husband said too soft. Cute little front yard with palm trees. Overall would absolutely stay again! Load of towels were left in washer and dryer. I didn't do our laundry until the end of the week so wet towels were in the washer a long time👃.Rewashed and dried and it aired out quickly, wasn't a big deal. Dryer door handle fell off too. Smoke detector in hallway hanging by wires, landscaping light at door broken apart. Didn't realize beach items were located in laundry closet. None of these items were a huge deal but giving thorough review. Pool was kinda small but I noticed many pools in the neighborhoods are on the smaller side. New house going up beside the cottage and there was some construction noise but always done by 5ish for the day. Plumbing is sensitive and water pressure in shower not very strong. There are many steps that lead to the sand on the beach that may be difficult for some(it was for me).

Nice little beach cottage. Love the pool and fenced in backyard. The Backyard was great for the puppies. Place was clean and a very easy short walk to the beach. Very easy to get to Downtown seaside, especially if you’re in a golf cart. Would stay there again.

This gem comes with a heated, private pool. The rental includes a pool cleaning service that comes twice a week. Just a short walk to the beach, makes up for the masses of tourists on the road. The pedestrian crossing is very helpful as 30A is a very busy thoroughfare.

We loved the location, the porch and porch swing, and the pool! The house was nice and clean. We weren’t notified that there were people coming to cut the grass in the backyard and clean the pool, but it worked out fine because we actually slept in that day. It looked so nice after they came and cleaned it all up! We would definitely book Tutti Fruitti again and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at the Tutti Frutti! The private pool was such a nice feature to have. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, close enough our 3yo could walk it - as with most entrances along this area there were about 20-30 stairs to get down to the sand. The house was well stocked and very clean, overall we had a great stay!

This is the perfect beach cottage. Looked exactly as advertised on VRBO. Pool was fantastic. Could walk to the beach. It was me and my wife and our three sons (16,18,21) and dogs. Fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The cottage never felt small, perfect size, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this little hidden gem. About a 5 min walk from the beach, although with the new rules you had to walk down the beach a bit to find a public spot. The house was as clean as I've ever seen since coming to the emerald coast. Yard was big and the pool, the pool is a must for us! Very nice, very cool, and cleaned throughout our stay! The only complaint was there were supposed to be 2 kings I believe per the listing and there was only 1 king, 1 queen, and a bunk. We ended up in the Queen! Didn't sleep the best but all and all it was a fantastic trip and great place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach. The house is clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and were busy with activities associated with that so we didn’t make a lot use of the kitchen and the pool, but we were happy with both. I definitely recommend Tutti-Frutti for a pleasant stay in Seagrove Beach.

The house was cute, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. Location was wonderful. We did have a few maintenance issues. The toilets ran all the time, had to be reset with every flush. There were large bolts sticking out at the bottom of the exterior doors that are easy to step on, they really need rubber covers. Both my husband and baby were injured by them stepping out of the house. As a pet friendly rental, it was concerning that maintenance workers came in without notice and didn’t close the backyard gate behind them. I don’t think anyone wants to lose a dog on vacation because the fence wasn’t secured as it should have been. Guest services were responsive throughout our stay, but were less than helpful once we left and had to contact them several times about getting items we had forgotten returned. Then they couldn’t tell us how much it would be to return them, luckily it was nothing sentimental and things that were easily replaced.

The house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for.
It was well stocked (I do wish that they would leave seasonings and oils and no perishable foods that people have left).
The pool could have used a skim but there are trees so it is a constant battle I’m sure.
The location was fantastic.
The house is adorable and comfortable and the beds are comfy and the linens are nice.
I wish it still came with bikes. We were expecting that.
We also were really disappointed that we couldn’t leave our luggage out back and had to not do anything our first day because of it (we didn’t rent a car). It really should have been fine and would have been safe there or on the porch at our own risk.
The communication was very good. The house is an easy bike ride to everything and we cannot wait to return.

I cannot say enough great things about this exceptional home! It was perfectly decorated and laid out in such a way that emitted the happiest feelings! It was cheerful, cozy and had all the amenities we needed! The bathrooms were so pretty and practical with plenty of space. This home is petite but never ever felt small for the 4 of us! We loved our stay here. The house is decorated so well. Everything was perfectly beachy. The porch is so enjoyable there are many nights when our entire family of three was on the porch swing just talking. We would hear people walk by and say I love tutti-frutti. It’s so cute. I could honestly live in a house just like that if I ever chose to live somewhere near a beach. This house is truly a five minute walk to the beach access, which is mostly a public beach. You have to walk through a couple of private areas on the beach to get to the public spot. if you were wanting chairs set up by a vendor, you can’t do it on this public beach. However, I learned the first day may be since it was spring break, and a little cooler that if you ask the vendor that is set up on the private beach if he has any chairs available for the public beach, he might be able to do it for you. It’s a day-to-day thing that you have to ask about, however, my daughter and I found that our towels was fine as long as she could get a spot that you liked. It was no different than having the chairs. we love that you could just pack a beach bag with what you needed for lunch or snacks and some drinks and whatever else you needed for comfort comfort on the beach and just walk down the road and be there in five minutes. very different from our other beach trips where we had to lug a cooler and chairs, etc. There is a washer and dryer at this house, which was really nice and I would say all in all this is one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. I have also seen messages saying that the rental company is not responsive but they were for us. They helped us with anything that we needed. There are a few things we wish we had known first. One, there is construction going on next-door on a few houses nearby. This caused constant noise during the day when we were trying to relax but we were able to get over it because it was just so nice to be at this house. Probably most people would be at the beach are out and about. We just wanted to lounge around for a little bit in the morning to afternoon hours. We were there during spring break, which was a little cooler so we weren’t at the beach all day. However, we were never really comfortable using the pool or being out in the backyard because there were construction workers directly over it, they never bothered us or said anything but it just seemed weird to be in a pool with people just right over you. I don’t think this is unique to this location. However, I think in this area of 30A construction is everywhere so I’m not sure how you would avoid it. Two, I wish I had checked what was already available in the house before going to Publix and buying a bunch of stuff even though the listing says to bring XYZ this rental had some more of different things available so we wasted a little money there but that’s OK. That’s on us. Third, this will sound really weird probably, some thing about the bedding in the main bedroom doesn’t breathe at all. My husband and I both would wake up super hot and I think it might have something to do with whatever’s covering the mattress or the type of sheets but if you’re there and the heat of the summer I would imagine you might get hot. Likely won’t be able to get very cold. We were there during a cooler time of year again, so we left the windows open and it was really nice. But even with that we still woke up very very hot every day. We sleep with comforters at home and don’t have a problem. Finally and this is minor, but my daughter chose to sleep in the bunk room and there was sand in her sheets not just like a teeny bit but enough for her to be uncomfortable.

This older home has had many upgrades, and so your overall experience is one of comfort and peacefulness. This worked perfect for a small girls trip. The location was great and we used the bikes. We rented additional bikes since there are only 3. The communication was often slow which is fine as we didn’t have any emergencies but was different from other stays but I think it’s due to it being a company vs. private owned. Overall, we really loved this property as it was easy to walk to the beach and bike to seaside. I would love to come back!

This home was everything we could've asked for for our group of 3! Super clean, great location (just 2 blocks from the beach), and the private pool and bikes were perfect. The only tiny complaint we had was the wifi didn't work during our stay, therefore we could not access any of the televisions. They weren't able to get a technician there prior to us departing, but they did try. Other than that tiny mishap, we would totally stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at Tutti Fruitti! Make sure you sign into the portal (very easy, just an email and check-in date) prior to arrival just to have all that squared away. Received a text 2 hours before check-in saying we could go and check in! Never happens! Everything worked great (except the dishwasher. We didn’t mind hand washing but if that’s not your thing, perhaps ask before!) and was clean. Pool was absolutely fantastic. Honestly spent more time there than the beach. 100% will stay here again. 5/5. Perfect stay! Thanks again!!

If looking for a calm, family friendly spot a couple blocks off 30A and a mile from the Seaside's hustle and bustle, Tutti~Frutti is the perfect spot. Located in Santa Rosa Beach, it was an easy locale for enjoyment of Seaside and beyond, beach time with a board walk literally across 30A from Somerset Beach Rd, so a nice 2/3 block stroll. It was a great location to move around from, meaning bike or drive East or West to take in 30A's villages, scenery, eateries, beaches, and so fourth. The condition and care of the house was exceptional, a well stocked kitchen (wine bottle opener included), ability to do laundry (bravo!), and the private pool - a lovely way to start and end each day. The front screened porch with its swinging bed allowed for lazy naps and reading, and the perfect pink porch was our fun family time, visiting and laughing. In a heartbeat we'd go back. Tutti Frutti was a beautiful home and everything was as it was pictured! My family and I really enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer and the house was very clean and lovely.
I would say the only hiccup I had with the reservation was using the guest portal scenic stays has. For some reason it gave me trouble and said my email was not associated with a reservation as I was trying to get the information for check in the day before check in and I had to call them to get it all sorted out. It did all get resolved and I was able to use the portal upon check in but it was a bit stressful not having the access to all the information needed ahead of time for planning purposes.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Tutti Frutti. The house was perfect for us. The pool was clean. Scenic Stays was easy to reach and very responsive. We will definitely look for this home again in the future. The home was an easy walk to the beach, even with our kids in tow with us. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the local shops and grabbing some ice cream at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed the bunk room.

My husband and I loved Tutti Frutti, We have stayed at over 40 Airbnbs and this one was definitely one of our favorites. Close to the beach, had your own swimming pool, clean, cozy house. There were a couple of issues you have to deal with. One is the plumbing, it’s a old house so the toilets run, or you have to hold handle down, etc. The dishwasher was not working so I contacted the management company and it took 2 days to resolve, but they did send a technician out to fix. The house next door is under construction, so you do deal with that, but having 3 bikes was awesome. They don’t offer beach chairs so you need to bring your own. But they do have a wagon to use. I would definitely rebook in the future.

We loved our stay at Tutti Frutti. House was the perfect size and we were very impressed by the backyard. The pool seemed to easily get dirty with the surrounding trees but it was also pretty windy during our stay. They had pool maintenance scheduled twice during our stay so it was nice we didn’t even have to reach out to have the pool cleaned. About a 3 minute walk to the beach. A few coffee shops and restaurants were within walking distance too! Kitchen was well stocked and our dog loved the day bed swing on the front porch. Will definitely be staying again when we come back next spring!

We enjoyed this quaint cottage for an extended getaway from the cold North East. Recent renovations were well done, including a beautiful brand new backyard pool, which we did not use because the heater had not been installed yet. It was clean and comfortable, except for sewer type odors in front bathroom (that we masked with pop-up air fresheners) and a laundry room setup off the front porch that was functionally awkward. Overall though, we were very pleased with Tutti Frutti and plan to stay again.
