SunDestin Unit 0703 is a perfectly appointed one-bedroom condo accommodating four with a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, one full and one-half bath. Tastefully decorated with large mirrors throughout, the decor in the living and dining area is bright and cheerful, while the master bedroom and baths are calm and serene. Catch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on the balcony directly overlooking the emerald green waters of the gulf where, with seating for four, all can enjoy the view. Can’t agree on what to watch after a day in the sun? No worries, as this unit is equipped with two flat screen televisions located in the bedroom and living room.

Spend a day in the sun at Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, less than a mile away and recharge on pizza, steak or seafood for dinner, all within a 15-minute drive.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
