This condo is probably my favorite condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, new and well laid out. The Gulf and pool view was beautiful. The pool was amazing. I loved that the 2 beach chairs/umbrella/bikes were included with stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to so many restaurants and shops. We plan to stay again.

Us three gals had a fabulous time. There was a generous amount of space for us and then some. The balcony was enough to easily seat 6 with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Everytjing has been beautifully updated and considerate and high end. The beds are comfy. We didnt do any cooking but the kitchen has everything you need except seasonings, oils etc. 1 thing that would have been helpful would be a bag to take items to the beach but that is minor.The manager was so responsive and helpful. Lots to walk to and bike to. Side note. You only get 2 bikes and 2 chairs/1 umbrella beach set up. Each additional bike is 43 plus 5/day and additional beach chair is 20/day. Parking is also.additional per day. This was not stated anywhere prior to booking so the extra costs should be clealry stated prior to booking since it says all feeds included. But really overall its an amazing resort and amazing condo. Would absolutely stay here again!

Reserved this location and unit for 4 adults. The unit was clean, quiet, and was cozier than we thought it would be from the photos. Loved being able to sit outside on the balcony and see the gulf. Everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, and easy acess to the beach. Beach chairs were set up each morning with our name and the staff was friendly and responsive. We had a car, but we only needed it for exploring out of the immediate area or to go to the grocery store (quick 10 min drive). Would recommend this location and unit, especially if you're looking for easy access to the beach.

We had the best week! Walking distance to many restaurants and all the amenities you could ever need!! After grocery shopping, we never drove our car the whole time since everything was here!

The condo and property were beautiful and exactly as described. Gorgeous beach area and pool. Walkable to everything. Enjoyed many of the local restaurants and also cooked in - easy to do with the well stocked kitchen. Loved the Sunday Farmer's Market! Highly recommend! We will be back to Rosemary Beach for sure!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, fully stocked unit. The view of the ocean is great, the view of the pool was perfect. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the whole time we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy it. The included beach set up was great to have, we were able to rent additional chairs at the beach. Construction at High Pointe was ongoing, but it did not affect our stay. We were not able to get into the unit or even High Pointe until about 4:00 so we used the public beach access the first day.

Sometimes these ads say renovated, but this unit was completely renovated like new and modern! Extremely clean and everything worked. Had no issues, great week at the beach.

We've stayed in many units in High Pointe through the years and they can be hit or miss. We really liked this one and would stay here again. Loved the modern/trendy decor and finishes, comfortable beds, and the included chairs and bikes. The kitchen was well appointed (but didn't come with anything - tin foil, salt/pepper, etc. - plan to purchase it all). Of course Crabby Steve's and Rhonda are part of the reason we keep coming back, along with the not-too crowded beach, the walkability to shops/restaurants and the big pool for the kids (aside from the very over zealous female security guard). We will be back!

Our stay was great! To use the elevator to unit helped for our age! View was wonderful, pool pristine and clean! Staff purchased new hair dryer when we said we had forgotten ours! Just need Pam spray for cooking and salt and pepper. But pretty wonderful unit itherwise

This was the perfect spot on 30A. I highly recommend the area. The property was very well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again. If I just had to be super picky I would say that the lighting could be a bit better especially in the bathrooms. Also, the dryer did take a long time to dry things even with a very small load. This unit has a nice fridge with ice maker. It was fairly well stocked. We did need a few things other than what the kitchen had. There were no bowls with lids but we used ziplock bags instead. We really cannot complain at all, we would def come back and really appreciate the ease of coming and going. Close to everything we wanted. Beach access was a breeze and very much appreciate the complimentary bikes and beach set up.

Love High Pointe, loved the condo! Loved looking at the pool and ocean but being March didn’t try the water. High Pointe is the absolute best kept property. Crabby Steve’s never disappoints!!!! Beach bar with excellent food!!! We will be back!!! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay here at High Pointe! Condo was nice, clean and convenient for the needs of our family. We had an issue with the air but it was resolved within hours! No hairdryers in the condo which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker-we will be back!

Perfect condo for families. We love High Pointe for its proximity to the beach, Crabby Steve’s restaurant right on the grounds and beach, and the large pool the kids really enjoyed. This condo was the cleanest we’ve stayed at and the most inviting. Felt at home at this condo, good decor, and the beds are very comfortable!

Great family trip! Prefect location and beautiful condo. A few things to note—there is no keurig (although I was told there would be one)—no big deal, just important for planning. We loved the unit and my kids (11 and 15) loved the area, the pool, and the beach. Having the chair set up and bikes with the unit was wonderful. (You have to go early your first morning to the beach hut to reserve your chair place but otherwise it is super easy!) Unit was clean but had a dirty towel left from the cleaners and the dishwasher did not appear to get silverware clean. (Tablets didn’t dissolve well when we tried to use it.) Also some curtains were down for our first night but they were re-hung the next day. Easy communication with the scenic stays on-call number. Aside from a very delayed check in, things were perfect. We hope to be back for future family getaways!
