We had an incredible stay in this incredible house! Immaculately clean, well laid out and tastefully decorated, plus right next to a tram stop for an easy ride to the beach. 2 min walk to the pool, 5 min walk to the nearest restaurants and shops, and 10 min walk to the beach if you decide to walk. 10/10!

Our family had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was a group of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together.
The host was exceptional throughout the entire process. They were very communicative and responded to every question promptly, which made planning and checking in stress-free.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and the home truly helped make our family vacation a memorable one. We would absolutely stay here again

Our stay was amazing! The place was very clean, we had plenty of space for 12 of us to spread out, and it was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The tram service to the beach was perfect to haul all of our beach gear and was only a short wait each time. I couldn't say enough great things about this place!

This house is a hidden gem. we have stayed in this neighborhood before in other homes we found this one and were shocked we got it. the price was fair, place was immaculate, the host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!!!

Property was clean, ready for guests, and very easy to use! Location is amazing - right in front of the tram spot and easy walking to the pool. We loved all the beds/bedrooms, they were so comfortable and had some of the best sleep! Overall, would highly recommend this property. It's convenient, great location, and allows you to have a lot of flexibility to walk or drive all over the town. Would stay at this property again and am looking forward to our next trip back!

This place was great! The house was even better than pictured in the photos! Very spacious and clean! The tram was surprisingly fast even in the thick of the summer season! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Had a great stay! Everything was as described and the house was clean. Location is fantastic and the community is quiet. Scenic Stays was very responsive. There was a bit of over communication - at times the amount of messages I received was overwhelming because I was trying to relax on vacation. But over communication is better than no communication!

We really enjoyed our stay during our girls trip. Great location , big beautiful home and very clean. Few tips: The pool gets crowded early so if you want a seat get there when it opens . Highly recommend bike rentals as driving is a bit of a task in the area during busy season. Tram was very convenient for our morning at the beach.

We absolutely loved this home! The decor and room accommodations were perfect. I have 8 in my immediate family and we had my parents come for a few days. The downstairs king bedroom was perfect for them. We love renting bikes and riding to everywhere! We would rent this house again FOR SURE!

This house and location are simply amazing!! Beautifully decorated beach home with all the amenities of home and then some! Plenty of space! Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards and bikes! The pool is super close and the beach just a short quaint walk through the neighborhood. I just can’t say enough good things! We did have a little issue with a broken bed when we arrived, BUT it was addressed quickly and handled very well. It was very reassuring to know that the support team was there to make our vacation the best! Can’t wait to come back!!!

This home is so beautiful and was very clean! Everything felt new! We loved the decor, comfortable furniture, spacious floor plan, resort style neighborhood, huge community pool, and the proximity to so much in the 30A & PCB areas! The tram stop is right outside the back door for beach transportation and it’s only a 3 minute walk along a sidewalk path to the massive lagoon style pool. The pool is really awesome! It can get super crowded during the day though so we preferred evening swims. The beach is walkable in about 10 minutes or less but the tram is helpful since you have a lot to carry. The tram sometimes did not run on days it rained a bit though, so you may have to walk to the beach on occasion. The beach is a private beach for Seacrest and all resort guests are required to wear bracelets. The private nature of the beach was great but in peak season the smaller area of beach gets very crowded. Most of the beach area is taken up by the chairs and umbrellas they want you to rent. There wasn’t much room to set up our own chairs. Canopies are not permitted… only umbrellas. I’d recommend getting to the beach during the summer months early to get a spot to sit. Overall, we loved this house and the Seacrest neighborhood. It’s so close to shopping & restaurants. You can walk to a lot, including Starbucks. It was an ideal location and set up for a family beach trip. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. The rental company was very responsive and they communicated great!
