Excellent location to the beach and pool and to nearby shops and right across the street from Chick-fil-A. Seamless check in and overall excellent experience. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The view was amazing and direct access to the beach was wonderful. Only complaints would be the master bed mattress, movement of the door to patio, this kitchen utensils and pans were fairly worn and the washer had a stench and moldy stains. Mattress could use replacement from dips and bowing in it, those caused a rough nights sleep. Patio door could be greased and channels cleaned to make it easier to open for the elderly. New kitchen pans needed and washer may need to be replaced. Overall tho a wonderful view and access to the ocean.

We have stayed all along the gulf coast and this condo was our favorite! The quick access to the beach was amazing and so convenient, especially with kids! We were afraid of the privacy being on first floor but had no issues at all. The condo is small and quaint but was perfect for our family of 4 including a 10 and 15 year old. They actually really enjoyed the bunk beds. In fact it was darker for them in the mornings than us in our room. The bathroom is tight but it’s so nice having separate toilets and bathroom counters. The view from the condo is just amazing! I will say a few things and only cause I hope they fix these things before our next stay cause like I said we loved it! The patio door really needs to have the track cleaned. It was next to impossible to open and close it, in fact I hurt my back doing it and I’m an avid gym person, it was just really hard to open and close. The kitchen desperately needs a good cooking pan. It only had 2 super tiny ones and a wok style pan. A broom would also be so nice! There is a vacuum but the sand began to pile up. I typically sweep and mop daily at beach condos to help with sand all over, especially in the beds but everything just got sandy. And lastly, some darker curtains in the bedroom would go so far. The window is next to a bright light so the room was very light at night. All in all, we loved this condo and the 1st floor access. A few tweaks would make it perfect but we will definitely be back!!!

Very clean interior, and while the building is an older building it has been maintained over the years. The best feature is the reserved beach access which provides ample room without crowding. According to the chair attendant, a beach umbrella/chair set is provided with the the rental and I highly recommended reserving a set.

Very clean unit! The building itself is an older building but has been maintained over the years. Because it is an older unit, it is also smaller which is a huge benefit because the reserved beach area is less crowded than the larger resorts. Plenty of room for a family of four. Grocery and DG stores less than a mile away.

We had a great stay overall! The location was perfect and close to everything and the space was a good size for our group. Everything was very clean and just as described, and check-in was easy and straightforward.
The ceiling between units is thin; we could clearly hear children running and jumping in the unit above us! (Wasn’t an issue during the day, but we were kept up many nights past midnight because of the noise and then woken up before 6am with the noise) Something to definitely consider!
That said, everything else was great and we still enjoyed our trip!

Just a weekend getaway for my wife and I. First floor condo right next to the pool with a beach view. Tons of restaurant choices. We would do it again.

We had a great trip. We have stayed at Windancer many times and live the convenience of the first floor. Some suggestions would be to update refrigerator to one with an ice maker, lamps in living room, upgrade tv package, and maybe seating in living room. Although we would definitely book again.

The location cannot be beat. The trim looks like it could have been done better. The bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable but that could be personal preference. Living room furniture has seen its better days… The bed was very uncomfortable for my young kids to sleep on. Channel selection was limited. It would be nice if I was able to log into my own streaming subscriptions.

We have been to Miramar Beach many times and always love the area. We were very impressed with customer services, check in and check out, went seamless. The unit itself was laid out very nice and our location to the beach and pool were perfect. Beach services attendant Brandon was awesome and helpful. The only negative comments were that the bed wasn’t really comfortable and the couch had seen better days. Also a smart tv would be a nice upgrade for rainy days. All in all we would rate it a 4.5.

Overall, stay was amazing. A few little things would have made the experience even better. We were disappointed to find there was only VERY basic cable and no smart TV option in the condo. There were some storms, so the ability to choose a movie or show during those times would have been extremely helpful. There were also quite a few less dishes than I would hope. Not a lot of plates or bowls. Lovely stay overall

The location was absolutely perfect. We don’t like being in the hustle & bustle of everything so this was perfect for us! The beach attendant was awesome! So helpful & courteous. Definitely will stay here again. The only suggestion I have would be a Ice maker in the freezer.

This was our first time staying in this area and we would definitely stay again. The room was very clean and the location less crowded than other areas. If I had to make a suggestion it would just be for suitcase stands.
