Loved our stay at this unit, the view was great and the service was great as well!

This place was great for what we were looking for. Yes, we had to walk just a little ways on the beach to where we could use our own umbrellas, but if we had had a tent then we could have walked right out on the beach and set up. I felt like the price for the room and location was very reasonable. Views are my husband's thing and not only did this have a balcony that you could see on the side as well, but it had a large floor to ceiling window. I gave condition 4 stars just because there were a few things that needed some attention but didn't completely hinder our stay. I let the front desk know and I am sure they will be addressed. This unit could have used some salt and pepper and maybe a few more cooking pans, cookie sheet etc, but overall we made do, and it was a great stay. We will definitely stay at Sun Destin again. The room choice will depend on who all is with us. We loved that this unit had 2 separate rooms and bathrooms.

The view is amazing and its newly renovated. The bed was a little too soft and I know this can't be controlled, but they must've been renovating the unit above, and we could hear them banging on top throughout the day and sometimes at night as well.

The building inside look kind like (ugly , old, wear), they are working on that they where painting the building outside, but the room beautiful. Everything clean, new, big. The view was amazing. Beautiful!!!! . The location espectacular closed to everything. We really like it. I definitely will come Back next year for sure

We loved this property! Terrific views, clean and nicely decorated unit. Comfortably fit our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and came in handy as traffic on the main strip was heavy making eating out challenging. Easy access to beach. Facility rents umbrella and chairs but reserve in advance if you want front row set up. If we return to Destin we will definitely book this condo again!

We did not use our timeshare but joined approximately 12 family members in renting units for an annual family gathering, which are traditionally held at Scenic Stays in Destin. This year’s accommodations were disappointing and did not meet the standards from previous visits or the price charged. There were issues with rooms smelling like mildew and tattered furniture etc resulting in room changes. This will impact our decision on whether to return for our annual family gathering and whether we recommend it to others.

Great place. Third year for us staying in this room. Knocked a few stars bc there were natts in the kitchen. And they still haven’t fixed the dishwasher bottom rack. Good luck emptying it with out waking anybody up. Other than that. Great place.

The view from this unit is incredible! The rooms were all very clean and the beds were very comfortable. From our balcony we had the best view of the activities on the beach, boats in the ocean, planes flying by, and even the fireworks on Thursday night. Our only complaint is that the wifi was not working for all of us and was not consistent. Several other guests commented on the same thing. While we were mostly concentrating on the beach on not on our phones, there were some times when we needed to check on some things and wifi was not available.

This was the cleanest best view condo ever!! The balcony view is absolutely amazing! We watched dolphins playing in the ocean, sunrises and sunsets and had champagne on the balcony. The view from the master bedroom is like none other! I can watch the waves and see the city night lights from 2 different large windows! This is my Heaven on earth and I can’t wait to come back!🥰

Being able to lay in bed and watch the waves, sunrises and sunsets was Amazing! I was able to look out of another window from bed and see the lights from town. This condo was perfectly clean and stocked with anything needed for cooking or relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony!! We will be back🥰

We enjoyed our stay. The room is nice, top floor, corner unit, no AC unit on the back porch which was nice. Dishwasher had a faulty bottom rack that wouldn’t close and stay on track. Bed is Big And we thought that it was comfortable. It’s right on the beach. Would stay here again.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay!! It was so clean and every detail was perfectly thought out to make for a wonderful vacation. My kids, 9 and 11, loved having their own room with a tv and bathroom. The beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable and there was more than enough towels and toilet paper for the week. There was ample space to accommodate luggage and the closets had plenty of shelves and hangers to easily unpack for the week. Not to mention the amazing views!! There were comfortable clean chairs out on the balcony and a rack for hanging suits to dry. We went during tropical storm Fred and had to stay in one day but the layout of the condo made for a cozy day inside as we utilized the pull out sofa bed to watch the storm, eat pizza and play games at the dining table. Staff was friendly, helpful and checking in/out was a breeze. The gift shop in the lobby was fully stocked with necessities, beach toys, snacks, hot coffee, beer and souvenirs. Renting chairs and umbrellas was easy and the pool was better in person than in the online photos, good size and clean. Not sure we would stay anywhere else!
