Large family booked three rooms and all three were great. They were stocked with everything we needed for a great trip. Checked in and out was quick and easy. We will return.

We really enjoyed are stay at SunDestin. The facility was awesome! We really liked that we could pay a small amount more for beach chairs on the Front Row. We have one suggestion for the condo, I would supply renters with at least one extra roll of toilet paper and a few extra trash bags. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even the young men setting up the beach chairs. Overall we really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you.

Great location for the family. Close to all the attractions we wanted to participate in. Quick and easy access to the beach. Amazing view of the beach and coastline. Modern and updated furniture. Will stay again.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was super comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked with all the necessities. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we spent a lot of time just relaxing. Provided plenty of linens and we wanted for nothing. Beach access was perfect along with the hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly what we needed for just 2 of us. The balcony was great to sit out in the mornings and evenings and watch dolphins. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. The only negative was the air conditioner was not working properly the first day but I called and it was fixed the next day. Also I failed to read that the condo did not provide beach towels or beach chairs and to rent the beach chairs was rather expensive. So just be sure to read all the info provided ahead of time. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location and I would like to say that this was a MUCH better experience than our last. We will DEFINITELY be back. The televisions were a hit with kids and we LOVE that🥰

We LOVED the place. It was JUST as advertised. We are considering returning to Destin next year, and I definitely will try to get this place again. Sundestin was friendly, and not pretentious. The beach was ideal. The condo was perfect...with a beautiful view of the Gulf from our balcony. The condo had everything we wanted. The only flaw was the on-site restaurant. Nice people...but don't eat there unless you want to be up at night in the bathroom. But, the location is in walking distance to some very good eats. Also, appreciated the wi-fi and the smart-TVs.

You really can\'t beat the spot on the beach and the view. Just fantastic. The beach in this area is quite crowded during the day. Make sure you book your umbrella spot in advance for better locations. I put the condition of the condo itself as a four. Though some areas have been renovated (such as the kitchen), the bathroom really needs some love. Just a new showerhead and a decent shower curtain that closes all the way would make a tremendous difference. Though plantation shutters are great in the bedroom, they let in a lot of light from the external hallway and some sort of curtain would help with bedroom light and noise due to the proximity of the elevator to this unit. I will say \"you\'re welcome\" for fixing the main television. It had been recently replaced and the new one (LG) was left in \'store demo\' mode. That would be an easy fix if you had the original LG remote, but without it...it became a chore to fix. After a few days of fooling with it, the TV is now out of demo mode for future guests.
