10/10! I stayed in a one bedroom condo for 3 nights, and had a balcony facing the ocean... what a dream! 5 min walk to the beach, beach service, nearby restaurants, store on site with everything you need (freezer food, liquor, beach needs, etc), kind front desk, kitchen stocked with supplies. I'm so glad I found this place because I will be coming back for years! So ideal in every way. Next time, I'm staying longer.

My wife and I got married and went to this condo and it was amazing! Out the balcony you get a perfect view of the ocean while still having privacy as we were so high up. I will say the building is under some renovations and we can’t wait for it to be finished because honestly that is the only complaint! We did email Scenic Stays and told them that this would be for our honeymoon and they said that they would reach out to see what they could do and they did nothing but that is okay. Even with the renovations going on in the building the room made up for it in its cleanliness and perfection.

The condo itself was very nice and clean. Beautiful view of the water. The Resort as a whole was under renovation and I hope they really fix it up because it needs it. The outside pool area especially.

Our room was clean. Checking in and out was easy. Beautiful ocean view and a wonderful location. Even though renovations was going on it did not disrupt our visit. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My stay was absolutely amazing! From check-in, the staff went above and beyond — after a small issue with my original condo, they quickly offered me several beautiful options to choose from. I felt like I was starring in “House Hunters: Beachfront Edition.” LOL
I ended up with another Gulf-facing condo, and waking up to those ocean views every day was everything I could’ve hoped for. Beach access was super easy, and renting a chair and umbrella right on the sand made relaxing effortless.
The customer service here is truly special. The front desk even surprised me with a birthday gift, which made my trip feel extra personal. The on-site restaurant was good, but the real standout was the amazing waitress who made dining there a pleasure.
Location was perfect… close to restaurants, bars, and, of course, the beach right at my doorstep.
All around, it was an unforgettable experience. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate, this place is worth it!

We're fortunate to be able to get to different beaches each year and this place was in the best condition. Many times the places look really good in pictures, just to arrive and it's very weathered or worn down or beat up from the ocean life. This unit was in good condition, exactly as pictured and spotless clean when we arrived! Comfortable bed and pillows and plenty of towels for our stay. You do hear a lot of noises from outside the unit (people moving above you, walking outside your window, cars driving on main road) but it's nothing crazy and expected in a big high rise in a popular vacation area. Cookware was also decent for a vacation unit. Most times we see warped pans with nonstick coating damaged and this was not the case with this place. Stainless steel pans were great! The view from the balcony is amazing. We could see dolphins swimming underwater from up there and the water being so clear and beautiful. We will be back for sure!

Everything is great except the room readiness before check in. It has lot of beach sands everywhere and We had to vaccum ourself before we enter into the room. I will surely recommend to my friends and I would appreciate the room service and front desk available for 24hrs.

My family had a great time at in Destin FL. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located on the water and the hotel/room is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

The condo was clean and everything worked except the gabage disposal in the sink (we did not make that known during the stay). The front desk was responsive to a chirping smoke alarm and hurried up with a battery to fix the problem. It would be nice to update a couple of the cook pans in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I will be visiting Florida and staying here once again. It was near everything that we wanted to see, the front desk was sooo friendly and helpful. The beach view was beautiful. This is one vacation I won’t forget.

WE really enjoyed our stay, only thing I didn't like was the Couch, it was very uncomfortable, cushions will not stay in place, since it is a pull-out bed, maybe something is wrong with the frame, but it was almost impossible to sat on and watch TV. The room was excellent, very clean, service was great, check in and out was a breeze. This was my first time with Scenic Stays, I will be back

My husband and I were so impressed with this condo! The location is incredible (you really can't beat a property on the beach with private access and chair/umbrella service). You can quickly get to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The condo was complete with a fully stocked kitchen, and the owner provided toiletries, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc.), tons of linens, and even a few water toys. If you need more than that (short of groceries to cook a gourmet meal), you can just hop on the elevator and visit the awesome shop in the lobby. This unit was in pristine condition, charmingly decorated, and absolutely spotless. It was so cozy that we stayed in one rainy night and watched shows on Netflix. The WIFI was excellent - I was able to do a Zoom conference with no issues, and I was able to put my morning exercise videos on the living room TV. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. It was truly one of the best things about our vacation, and we hope that it will be available the next time we book our Destin vacation!
