This unit was great and very clean. The only feedback I have is the toilet in the master bedroom needs serviced as it barely flushes. Thanks!

We had a great stay! Everything Smelled great the sheets were fresh and very clean also had lots of towels for us to use. It was so close to the beach and had 2 pools that we could enjoy, one of which was indoors. Really recommend!

Enjoyed the view from balcony ! Love its right on the beach . My family and i enjoyed : hate the splash pad wasn’t available for use but still enjoyed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The room had a beautiful view of the beachfront. From the easy access to get in to the cleanliness of the room, everything was amazing. The host was very friendly and fast at responding. I would definitely recommend staying here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of the condo is on the 2nd floor which is very convenient and easy to get to the beach. The room is right above the slash pad, which was great for our niece! There is an ice cream shop right across the street, which was a plus!

Very nice view - the condo was well taken care of. Well appointed - great TVs! Would suggest new pillows and mattresses to fully align with the other carefully considered amenities. Overall a great place.

Here is a honest review of our stay. Cons: As far as the actual condo, unit 212, there are only a few issues. The kitchen supplies are very limited. If your family cooks all your meals this may be a problem. No sizzors, no pizza cutters, very slim variety of cooking supplies such as pots and pans, no tea pitcher, the can opener was broken etc. Cleaning supplies are also very limited. There is only a old dirty broom and a worn out mop. With all the sand coming in from the beach it would have been nice to have a clean broom, maybe a swifter broom or even a vacuum. As far as the building itself, there is only one washer/dryer on each floor and the one on this floor repeatedly broke down every time I used it. I had to keep getting maintenance to come help. The quarters would get jammed and not allow the coins in to start the machine. However maintenance was very friendly every time and apologized for the inconvenience. One guy even offered for me to leave the load in the dryer and he would start it for me after he fixed it so I could enjoy my day at pool. The Internet sucks! Even my friends who were on the 7th floor had crappy service, the phone service was spotty as well. But I guess that’s to be expected on a beach. Restaurant inside seemed to be short staffed. We waited a hour for our soft drinks, waitress kept dodging us. Finally the chef came and took our order. Food was decent though. The only other thing is we went from the indoor pool to outdoor pool for a brief time. When we returned back to the indoor pool, our 4 beach towels that we left on the chairs, had been stolen. So DO NOT leave your things unattended. Pros: location, location, location! It was the perfect spot for my family. This condo is on the second floor so You get the beautiful ocean view and you are also in front of splash pad for kids, jacuzzi and bar. They had extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of towels. Tv and cable worked fine. AC was cold. The room was very clean. The microwave, inside of oven, floors, everything was very clean and up to my standards. I would def stay again!

Tv would not work correctly (remote wouldn’t reprogram) - regular channels was stuck on a channel without the ability to change it- however you could use youtube, dvd, or other accessories. Nice curved tv though! had an issue with a chirping smoke alarm- very quick response by maintenance. They only give you one set of towels, washcloths, etc- there is no linen service. They also do not have washer and dryers in the room. You have to wash them yourself on the floor yourself in the community laundry room if you need more. Also… no replenishment of any paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent etc- bring enough or buy enough for your stay. Oh… the trash has to be taken out by you. The room I was staying- it was not very close at all to my room. The splash pad was enjoyed by my granddaughter- too bad only half of the pad worked and parts of it would barely bubble up. I had to take out all the laundry and load the dishes before I checked out- for as much as what I paid for the cleaning service, their cleaning service should clean the last of the dishes and empty the trash- even hotels do that. While it was a great location and the room was good - (it did have beautiful views) for what I spent, I believe that the next time I will find one with in room washer/dryer, working tv, amenities provided, linen service, housekeeping, and working kids play area.

Everything was amazing!! View was perfect. Only negative is it needs a new coffee pot. I couldn't Make coffee without getting grinds all in it, But not a reason to not stay here.
