Experience SunDestin Beach Resort. Located on the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. SunDestin is located conveniently close to dining, shopping and adventure. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, heated seasonally, outdoor hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness center, complimentary DVD rentals, on-site gift shop, recently renovated meeting and event space and more! Additional seasonal amenities are also available and include a tiki bar and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). With the Scenic Stays team on-site and available at our 24-hour front desk, walk-ins are welcome and we are at your service whenever you need us.

SunDestin unit 212 is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Panoramic views of the emerald green waters from the open concept living and dining room, plus a balcony with seating for two. One highlight of this gorgeous condo is that it overlooks the gulf. A fully stocked kitchen will allow you to whip up home cooked meals so that you don't have to eat out as often. Prepare for a day on the beach, keeping the fridge fully stocked with cold drinks and snacks. Convenient beach and pool access will allow for easy transport and set-up for the perfect day spent with your favorite people.

Find comfortable sleeping arrangements, with accommodations for up to seven people. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master, complete with gulf views and access to the balcony, features a plush king bed. The guest bedroom features one double and one twin bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional sleeping arrangements if needed. Flat screen TV’s are located in the bedroom and living room, both with a DVD player. Complimentary DVD rentals are available in the lobby.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
