Discover a fresh coastal retreat at High Pointe Resort 131. Under new ownership since January 2026, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo has undergone a complete renovation by its new owners. Stays before January 2026 were under previous ownership and predate the renovation.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, this beautifully renovated condo welcomes up to eight guests. Inviting interiors, beautiful artwork, and thoughtful details set the scene for a relaxing getaway. The bright, open living area flows onto a fully furnished private patio overlooking the resort grounds and pool. A modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer make it easy to settle in.

Complimentary bikes are available year-round for exploring the area. Your stay also includes one seasonal beach setup—two chairs and one umbrella—from March through October, courtesy of La Dolce Vita.

Spend your days relaxing on the sugar-white beach, enjoying tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard, and stopping for lunch at the on-site restaurant, Crabby Steve’s. Beyond the resort, explore nearby shops and restaurants or visit Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell Park for hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

High Pointe Resort 131 is within a mile of dining favorites including Pescado, Cowgirl Kitchen, Havana Beach Bar & Grill, La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, and Restaurant Paradis. Nearby attractions such as 30A Avenue and the Timpoochee Trail offer even more ways to enjoy the area, with the charming coastal communities of 30A just minutes away.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We’ve stayed at Hi Pointe 9-10 times. This was the best place. Immaculate when we arrived. First place that’s supplied beach towels and the bath towels were plentiful. Only negative was the sliding door. Very heavy and the ladies needed help at times closing it from the outside. Inside has a handle but not the outside. We plan on booking this room next year.

We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children and had a great stay at High Pointe Resort. Loved the easy access to the pool, 2 min walk to the beach, and Crabby Steve’s on the way is a perk! Condo was spacious and clean.
We will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely perfect location

This is an ideal location for Seacrest and Rosemary beach. The condo is a ground floor, corner unit just 12 steps from pool. Walk the length of the pool to access boardwalk and steps to beach. Additionally, it is a very easy walk to Seacrest and Rosemary beach stores. There are ample bike paths to explore areas beyond the immediate area. The unit with 2 king en-suite bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom with bathroom, has queen bed plus a set of bunks. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The complementary beach chairs (2) plus umbrella was set up for us each day and taken down by staff. It was always ready to go when we reached the beach. The 2 complimentary bikes were nice. There was an issue with no one available when we requested our bikes, had to wait over an hour for someone to show up. Once we got them we were able to keep them until our departure. The next time we travel to Panama Beach area we would definitely rebook this unit.

Perfect Vacation

The unit is perfectly located outside and within a few steps of the pool and Crabby Steve’s. There was plenty of seating in the living/dining room for our group of (7) adults to comfortably enjoy evening time after returning from dinner.
