This condo was perfect for my family of 6. Great access to the beach. The in site restaurant and convenience store was really nice.

The only issues were that the pool was closed and we had to wash towels and rags every day for eight of us . They told us that we could buy a bundle . But I don’t think we should have to do that . There were 8 of us for days .. The hot water in the showers were barely lukewarm. The construction started early in the mornings.

Everything was nice and clean. The only problem I had was the conditions of the beds. The one I slept in was sinking badly in the middle and I didn’t get a good nights rest because of it.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable for our family. The beds were comfortable and the other furnishings were as well. There were only a couple of things that would be helpful for future guests to know. The unit was not provided with any laundry detergent for the pay machines so bring your own. The resort did not have any extra dishwasher tabs so you may have to purchase your own if you plan on doing meals in the unit. The unit only had 4 rolls of toilet paper for a unit that sleeps 8. We were a family of 5 with a 5 night stay. The resort said it was the owners responsibility as they do not supply it. We had to purchase additional rolls. While these were minor things, they did come as a surprise. It was an unforgettable stay and I would book it again…100%

The apartment was just like the pictures amazing view, fully remodeled, beds are comfy, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need the only minor issue was the front door of the apartment was really hard to open and closed it gets stuck pretty sure it’s an easy fix other than that we had a great experience and loved the place, definitely will be back

Enjoyed staying here!!! Loved the location in Destin; great beach view, especially from the balcony! The beds were comfortable & good size televisions. Clean & updated condo. Master bath was small with only 1 sink & no washer/dryer in room (instead located down the hall & paying extra wasn’t ideal).

We had an absolute wonderful time! We had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking! We saw dolphins everyday, several times a day! Highly recommend. My one year old loved the pools and splash pad as well! Everything was clean and well stocked.
Note: You cannot have beach umbrellas (unless rented) on Sundestin due to a lawsuit that happened. Canopy’s and beach tents only.

The good: This is a very nice looking unit, the perfect height and angle for the beach. The furniture is nice and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for kids. The shop in the lobby had plenty of last minute items. The pools were nice, however the hot tub was out of service. Very easy to access the beach. Restroom in the lobby which is handy if you have kids. Sometimes not as clean as you would like, but it\'s to be expected with high traffic. The bad: A few items needing general maintenance. The biggest of them being the door lock on the balcony from the bedroom. It absolutely would not lock. I had a small toddler and was constantly worried that she would slide that door open. Probably an easy fix. The cookware was pretty much unusable (junk), again, easy fix. The shower fixtures are in need of update. When you turn on the shower you almost have to rip them off of the wall to get the water to flow. The toilet in the master also runs all night and day. Last but not least the starter supplies... Just pretend that you don\'t get anything. Its all the cheapest possible stuff. Conclusion: For the price of this unit, I would expect some of the minor repairs to be completed. Also, if you are going to give someone a single \"starter supply,\" please make it better than the local gas station supplies, spend the dollar. However, yes, I would stay in this room again if the repairs were completed.

We were amazed at the condo! It was absolutely beautiful and accommodated our whole family. The only thing we wished was the restaurant and tiki bar had later hours. We would have loved to have more adult time after the kids went to bed.
