SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for wedding receptions, family reunions, or large gatherings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1701 is a beautifully-decorated, calming retreat your whole family will enjoy. Calming blues and sandy hues lend an air of refinement to this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to four. The well-appointed kitchen is loaded with everything needed to create fabulous meals and entertain a crowd. Lounge in the cozy living room after a day in the sun and catch a game on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Gather at the breakfast bar or the dining table for coffee and conversation, or out on the balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Sleeping options includes a full and a twin bed in the guest bedroom and a king-sized bed in the master suite, which also houses a flat-screen TV,  suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony.

Should you venture off property, you’ll find plenty to do and just minutes away. Head over to the Destin harbor for a day of shopping or rent a pontoon boat and spend the day on the water!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
