Plenty of room and the view is amazing. Checking in and out was super easy. Bed (only used master bedroom) was comfortable and we LOVED the large low leather couch. Had everything we needed except a hand mixer so I bought one and left it incase another guest may need one in the future. Had our kids over for dinner and there was plenty of space for everyone. Only slight issue was the smell of moth balls (i think) upon entry on the lower level but the smell definitely stuck to us and even though we got used to it (not bad on either upper level) when we got home we smelled it on our clothes and in our hair (this makes me thinks moth balls vs musty smell from moisture). The house and views are amazing though. If you want a million dollar home (we stay in those sometimes too) keep looking but if you are looking to just relax, have beautiful views and be comfortable this place is priced for all of that.

We would be happy to stay here again. Great location. Nice, quiet property. Property was just as described- included a few improvements over what was in the pictures, actually- the couches had recently been replaced and were actually comfortable, unlike most rental properties, and there was a new set of 2 outdoor chairs on the deck and an umbrella at the table on the deck. These made sitting on the deck even more enjoyable. We have rented from Scenic Stays several times and return to their properties because cleanliness is important to us and their properties seem to be much cleaner that most.

This was our first time staying in a townhouse vs one of the high-rise condos. We enjoyed the fewer crowds, the privacy, and being literally steps from the beach - rather than going through elevators, pools, etc to get to the beach. We had such a great, peaceful time and considering staying again next time we are in Navarre.

One of best supplied kitchens I've experienced in a condo. Very convenient to get to beach. Water and beach way less crowded than some places.Would stay agin, but longer.

Beautiful house with all the extras: games, Tupperware and even an air fryer! It would be nice to have an enclosed outdoor shower and a wooden boardwalk. Otherwise…. Fantastic! ❤️

Everything was neat and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances. View from both balconies was incredible! One thing I’d change is add a wooden boardwalk to the beach. I’d book again…. If I had the chance!

Overall it was a nice place to stay especially the ease of getting to the beach. Right out the back gate and over the short trail was the beach. There wasn’t chairs and umbrellas lining the beach so that was a big plus. We didn’t have any problems finding a spot. Very quiet and not crowded at all. We were very pleased with our stay.

While not very attractive from the outside, the townhouse inside was very comfortably and invitingly decorated. FYI-no elevator. Views of the gulf are definitely great and the lovely beach is right out the back door! Close to state park for good bike riding and running. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Traveling with a 2 and 3 year olds can be challenging but the property was ideal. Every set of stairs was set up with a gate to keep our littles safe, the selection of sand toys was amazing, and the short walk through the dunes made running back from the beach to the house no big deal. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

...this is the place. We love Navarre Beach for its location, away from the more traveled areas like those further east or west of Navarre. The house was as advertised. A very short walk over the dune and you were on a beautiful beach. We certainly will be heading back to Navarre for our next beach vacation and you can't beat this location. It has everything you need.
