The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities includean outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provides an open and welcoming space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. There is seating for six guests at the kitchen breakfast bar, as well. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and two chairs, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
