Amazing house and perfect location! Exactly as described, beautifully cleaned and well kept property! While we assumed this house would be nice, it exceeded our expectations. Communication with property manager was clear and easy. Check in and check out process were seamless. We will happily return again!

Exactly as described. Could see how proximity to A1A/sidewalk to the beach (Peak season) could bother some but wasn’t an issue for us. Only real potential issue is if you need to utilize all three parking spots. Bicycle riders are unaware that the third parking spot is not associated with bike parking/rack. We only needed two spots so wasn’t a huge issue-but you will need to establish this early (with host/security) in trip or it will be a problem throughout (car scratches/damage). This has to be resolved by having the spot clearly marked/blocked or moving the bike rack. Neither ice maker worked (fridge/stand alone) throughout the trip. Scenic Stays was very responsive & accommodating throughout by delivering a mini fridge/bags of ice each day. Fridge/Freezer itself was fine. Only frustration was this had to be a known issue coming off of Memorial Day weekend. Gas grill can be manually lit but needs new everything. Overall it’s a Great Property and Location.

We had a great time staying here! It is one of the best locations on the lot, a skip and a hop to the beach/pool/social areas. The property had a pack and play and baby tub if anyone has young ones. That said, the only area for improvement was just cleanliness. There were a few items such as silverware and faucets that were a little dirty, but they sent the Property Management out within two hours to get that figured out. Would love to return again!

This property has been recently renovated and is in great shape. Just a short walk across 30A to the ocean. Main floor is spacious and inviting. We had our family including our 19 mos old grandson, plenty of room for him to walk around and play. One suggestion we’d have is to add some blinds to the front door- it’s wide open to see in from the street, didn’t care for that in the evenings / night.

This is the perfect location for what we were needing! It may not be a great spot during peak season because the corner of the road was very close to 30 a and directly across from the access to the beach so it got a little noisy in the downstairs bedroom. But otherwise absolute, perfect location walking distance, Rosemary Beach, to the beach to the pool.

The house was located in a perfect area for anyone with kids. We rented bicycles and the kids rode around the neighborhood and loved the little shopping areas down the street from the house. The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect. Very comfortable and I think was the best located home in the entire neighborhood. We will be back.

Perfect location! We enjoyed the neighborhood pool, we could ride the tram or easy walk to the private beach. Live music was a short walk. Easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our time! The house was perfect!

We were so happy with our stay in this beautiful home. Plenty of room for our family. We could walk or bike to everything. Perfectly located in Seacrest which is a lovely town with lots to do. Just minutes to walk or bike to Alys and Rosemary towns as well.

We have stayed in many properties at Seacrest and this is one of our favorites. The TV in our room kept turning itself off every 15 minutes and the owners replaced it within two days. The only issue is that the parking is more like two spaces instead of three since you are directly beside the bike lock station and the spots fill up with a large puddle of water when it rains. We had many bikes parked in the third spot and had to move our cars to be able to pack them after it rained. I also left a drawer full of new clothes (my mistake) and had a tough time getting an answer on whether they were found. I still haven't gotten a response, but it was my fault for leaving them. Overall, everything was very clean, and the location was spectacular.

This home was immaculate with perfect location for beach access, pool and Starbucks/food and necessities options. At a dead end, good for those with littles who want to ride bikes and scooters. A lot of foot traffic along front and side made for a little noise at times. But was usually short lived.

We stayed here to celebrate a 60th birthday & ruby wedding anniversary, it was the most perfect beach house. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, private bathroom & balcony. The property was very clean, had every appliance you would need and lots of activities/entertainment (games, baby toys, books, Netflix, Apple TV)
The first day we had issues with 2 of the toilets; 1 on ground floor didn’t flush, 1 on first floor overflowed and leaked through the ceiling to ground bathroom. We reported this through the app, within an hour the issues were fixed - excellent service!
The house is in a fantastic location, 3 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop/restaurant/cafe/shop. 4 minute walk to the beach which is absolutely beautiful. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance or short drive.
You can hire bikes and cycle all the way to Grayton beach, highly recommend this to enjoy the sights. There was a little market on our last day (sunday) - all things local!

My family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed this place. Everything was clean and spacious and we all had little to no complaints. When we first arrived, we were about 5 minutes early so our door code didn't work and there were bikes all spread out in our parking spots. The place is right next to the main beach bike docking place. But after this initial hiccup, we were all good. I am surprised that it is really only 3 bedrooms in this place. Someone had to sleep upstairs in the loft where the noise from the rain stopped our deep slumber. But all in all, it was a good time and a good choice.

I picked this house based off of location. It was maybe a five minute walk to the pool and not even 10 minute walk to the beach. If you are familiar with Seacrest your next door neighbor is the lifeguard chair. However to get to the house you have to enter by Pizza by the Sea and the street is a dead end with no connection to Seacrests main entrance. We stayed in Sept and there is quite a bit of traffic coming in and out of the neighborhood and you are right on 30a. There are quite a few trees blocking 30a so that helped with headlights. I could see in peak season this being annoying however the trade off on location may be worth it.
This is my second stay with Scenic Stays. I have stayed in Seacrest many many times. Scenic Stays homes have been so comfortable. They add little touches that make the house feel like home. This house had a box full of beach and pool toys, 3 beach chairs, and multiple floats. I did not see beach towels but did not look closely as we all brought our own. There was an stand-alone ice maker that we were able to fill our cooler with no problem. If you bring kids there was a double stroller, pack in play, crib matress, throw blankets all over the house, noise machine, plenty of towels and some toys and games to play. There were also multiple balconies, a grill, a well stocked kitchen for cooking (there was no salt and pepper or seasonings but we made it work), a fenced in private entrance that was the whole side of the house that would be great for small kids to play in, outdoor shower to spray off in, jetted bathtub. I'm sure we missed some things but the home is very very comfortable.
We were on a girls trip this time but before we left we decided we will be trying to do a family trip to this house since there was more than enough room for the husbands and kids to join us maybe next year!

I can't recommend Scenic Stay's enough! They were so easy to work with, extremely detailed and made the process a breeze. Days before we arrived, they provided detailed information about the house and location so when we arrived we weren't wasting time looking for the wifi password, trying to figure out the door code or getting lost trying to find anything. The house itself was amazing! The location could not have been any better, the house was very clean and everything felt very updated. I've stayed in a few different houses in the area and this was by far our best experience yet! Small details like a separate ice machine, plenty of glassware, large pantry to store the "mess" and plenty of beds made our stay perfect. The location is nestled perfectly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach making it a quick walk to dinner or evening activities. The house is directly across the street from the walkway to the beach so you don't have to wait on a tram and can easily walk right on over when you're ready! You're also just a block or two away from the pool, making this truly the most ideal location! Can't say enough good things about this property and Scenic Stays!

The house was clean, organized, and great for our blended family vacation. If I had to pick one critique, it’s that this house is in the corner of the main entrance to the neighborhood. This made the property very convenient to the beach access and pool, but also a little noisy. Regardless, we’ll be back!

We had a FANTASTIC stay over spring break. The beach access was the best part. Our group loved that so much was within walking distance. The house was perfect and fit our group easily! Having a washer/dryer and the ice maker were group favorites. We drove into Seaside to eat at Pickles multiple times and the house was also a close drive to PCB, which was great for a day full of rain. We also all enjoyed spending time at the Beachy Bean. Overall, our group had a blast!

Location, location, location! Being on the front row made the walk to the beach and shops easily doable! It is also very close to the pool, which had we been here in warmer months, would have also been a great to use and easily accessible. The home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the photos. Very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Every bedroom was attached to a bathroom and had it's own tv. The kitchen has to be one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever seen in my years of renting. Even two different kinds of coffee makers, which my mother and I especially appreciated :) I would definitely stay here again!

Leak in ceiling from ice unit...we did receive compensation for this which was much appreciated! Oven did not work. I didn’t realize this until our last day when I went to cook breakfast, but I am sure if I had said something earlier it would he be fixed right away. Overall the house was beautiful and very comfortable.

This house has a great layout and was in the perfect spotfor our family trip. It is on the walkway that leads straight out to the beach, and about 50 yards from the large community pool. Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bike rentals, Rosemary and Alys beach.

This house is the perfect place to stay with friends or family! The pictures are very accurate and the location can not be beat. It is directly across the street from the Seacrest beach access which made getting to and from the beach with all of our gear very easy. It is also about a 2 minute walk into Seacrest Town Square and maybe 6 minutes to Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need and there were also beach chairs/toys there to use. The beds were also very comfortable and the AC worked great. There were also a lot of seating areas and places to spread out/relax. We really enjoyed the rooftop balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing trip to 30a! We will be back!
