Lounge poolside or stroll to the beach and enjoy seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Head indoors and pick up complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. Recharge with an afternoon nap, get in some laps at the indoor pool (heated seasonally), or work out at the on-site fitness facility. Soothe sore muscles in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. In addition to amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your personal or professional functions. SunDestin Unit 0409 is a lovely one-bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. One step into this bright and airy open-concept living/dining unit, and you’ll feel right at home. Relax and enjoy the comfortable furnishings and decorative touches with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pristine, fully-appointed kitchen is packed with everything needed for preparing beach-side snacks or meals for a crowd. Gather together and cozy up in the living room or retreat to the private master suite with a king-sized bed and the queen-sized sofa bed is located in the living room. Enjoy movies or a game on one of two flat-screen TVs or relax on the private balcony and take in gulf-front views.

Location is everything, and SunDestin is right in the heart of it all. Just five minutes from Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park and the Track, you’ll find plenty of activities to keep you busy during your stay!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
