The house was accurately described, very clean and provided all the necessities! The location is absolutely perfect, on a quiet and safe little street. It is a lovely area and just the right walkable distance to the beach. Every shop and restaurant you could want is just around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. A couple of minor updates would make it even better: the blinds could use attention, as many didn’t work properly, and some of the rugs are worn with corners turned up. These were small issues and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We were especially happy that the home was dog-friendly, which made our stay even better. We had such a wonderful stay in this immaculate, beautiful home! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the beach access was 3 doors down, making walking to the beach so easy. I have all good things to say about our stay here! We come to Destin every year and usually stay in a condo but wanted to change things up this year and this house was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a super easy and short walk to the beach as well. We loved that our cottage was nestled in a little cul-de-sac of other cottages. Very cute, quiet street-- with a private cobblestone path leading straight to the beach. The fact that the beach was literally a 4 minute walk (if that) was such a convenience with little ones. Our cottage was clean and cozy with mostly all of the amenities we needed. The only recommendation I have would be to have some sort of slip resistant pads in the showers, they are super slick! Overall we loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and shopping and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is super cute and very clean. Our teens loved the built in bunks between the kitchen and living room. They used them as a hang out space. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys to use for a day at the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet we were very close to shopping and restuarants. We would love to come back again.

My family of 5 had the best stay at this rental. It was updated, clean, and provided great space for all of us. It was about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The house provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids. Communication with guest services was also good with updates if needed. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be the living room seating. There really was only room for 3 to sit comfortably on the coach with a few other chairs surrounding. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and will likely rent again.

Nice house in a great neighborhood & location. Only complaint is the rugs in each room were noticeably dirty. They need cleaned or replaced. It’d also be nice to have a couple chairs on the back outdoor balcony.

We had the best time here! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The house is perfectly situated between the pool and the beach, quick walk to both. The path to the beach is so adorable, very instagram worthy. The house has everything you need for basics. We made a few small breakfasts, but no big meals cooked in the kitchen. Plenty towels for bathing, washer and dryer is a great addition. Im 5'6" and couldnt fully stretch out in the bunks, they're for kids, not adults. The bedroom with the bath/shower combo gets morning sun and is super bright in the am, so I didnt sleep in but it didnt bother my daughter. Plenty restaurants and things to do close by. We had 1 small mishap, around 11pm one night the smoke alarm started beeping, thankfully it was from a low battery. I called them the next morning and they came swap it out, super easy. The beach here is so beautiful, the house is charming, if we ever visit Miramar again, I dont want to stay anywhere else.

The house is beautiful and nicely accommodated. Short stroll to the beach and restaurants, grocery. Only negative is the tiny refrigerator! There is NO ice maker, barely any room for ice trays! This house would be perfect if it just had a standard-sized fridge.

My main issue was the delay in accessing the 24/7 app which delayed our entrance into the unit. There were also check out instructions on the app that we did not have access to. The check out process was fine and we were able to email our exit from the unit. The only other issue was the dishwasher wouldn't turn on the morning of our check out. Aside from these things the unit was clean, as advertised, great location and served our needs well.

This home has convenient beach access and is super close to the outlet malls. It was very clean upon our arrival and the communication prior to check in/out was great. The upstairs bedroom has a broken closet door that partially blocks the entryway to the bedroom and the ceiling fan makes a loud clicking noise. If it wasn’t for the fan, definitely would have been the perfect place but that made it hard to sleep! We are thankful for places that allow small pets and we would stay again!

I have to start by saying this location is everything. Short walk to beach on private path, close to really excellent restaurant and food options and close to shopping, including a very nice, well-stocked Winn Dixie. We rode our bikes up and down Scenic Gulf Blvd. The two upstairs king size beds had the most comfortable mattresses of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Nice linens and towels. The washer and dryer unit worked perfectly and kitchen was well-stocked with nice appliances. We will be back this time next year. Also, good communication with the property management team.

Need a full size fridge. We had to get a cooler with ice because we couldn’t get it all in the fridge. And had to keep buying ice as there was no ice maker. Spare bedroom needs cable also. Otherwise we loved the house

This may be the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in:
House pristine, beds very comfortable, proximity to beach superb (5 minute walk at most), plenty of linens, nice kitchen utensils, patios were lovely, Air conditioning worked very well. They also had a couple of nice beach chairs and a small beach umbrella that were perfect for our group.
Group was 4 adults and one 3 year old, we had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this rental and plan to return.

Great place for a beach weekend with friends! Excellent proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops. Note—the bunk beds in the main level are not standard twin length, cannot fit adults (I’m 5ft tall), only kids. Also make sure to bring your own beach towels! There were beach chairs and a small umbrella that were available to use.

The only downside to the property was that the bunks were not very long...basically only small children, not teenagers, can fit it them.

My only complaint was that the bunk beds are a little deceiving for their size. I had filtered in my search for 6 adults and this unit comes up but the bunk beds are only long enough for like a 4'8" person...which none of us were.

We absolutely loved our stay! They had great amenities and the short stroll to the beach was a major plus. Centrally located to some yummy local restaurants and shopping made it very easy to get out and about while it rained one of the days we were there. This place is great! Super clean and up-to-date. It is a short walk to the beach and has everything you would need for your stay. Its in a quiet neighborhood and away from the crowds. Super excited we came across this property! Everything was better than the photos! Perfectly arranged beach decor throughout the entire house that puts you in a vacation mood. Walking to the beach was a breeze less than a 5 min walk. Great restaurants and shops also within walking/biking distance and finally the kitchen was equipped with anything you may need, even though we didn’t use anything it was still nice to have available! This was by far one of my personal favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed in!! Can’t say enough good things about this space! This is a prime location a home away from home - this place is cozy, cute, and you’ll never want to leave! It was one of our favorite vacation stays. We definitely would love to return in the future. It’s our 3rd time in Destin and like I said it was our favorite. A few reasons why it was our favorite was 1. The location - We loved being in a private community and the beach access was right there (it was a lovely walk to the beach) 2. The house - it was very homey and it had everything we needed! Private beaches to avoid overcrowding but still enough for plenary of interaction. This places really checked all boxes for us and hope to visit again! Thank you again Scenic Stays!
