2nd floor condo with a great view of the beach. Washer/dryer (and they work $2 for each) within easy walking distance. If you don’t want to wait on elevator stairs are near and handy. We had problem with the coffee maker and I reported it to front desk. Before I got to the room they’re was already someone replacing it.

This was such a cute little condo. It is an older room, but it was clean and has been well maintained. The SunDestin has four well-loved and busy elevators, but this unit is on the second floor so it was an easy walk. The only true complaint we have, is that the AC unit is on the balcony. It’s my problem, where else could it go?lol There is also the outside bar and splash pad in front of the balcony, so not much quiet time anyway. Just cute little giggles and drunken yells.lol The SunDestin is near all the action for a short drive. If you choose to stay here, you must eat at the on-site restaurant the Pelican’s Roost! (It is part of Fudpuckers) It was delicious! For the two of us, the prices matched most of the surrounding restaurants. Also, park in the back. A lot of the cars were large SUVs and trucks, so it became quite the squeeze. I would stay in this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Destin. The Sundestin is a great place to stay. Everyone who worked there (guest services, the shop, the restaurant, etc.) was super friendly and helpful. I do suggest booking your chairs online in advance as we could not get a front or 2nd row. However, the 3rd row was still a decent view. The beach is absolutely beautiful - white sand and crystal clear water. The condo was very clean and accommodating. It is a little dated (popcorn ceilings, fixtures, etc.) but nothing that would keep us from staying there again. Laundry is $2.50 per machine so bring quarters. They have a change dispenser but it ran out while we were there. Our daughter loved the included DVD rental and watched a couple of movies while we were there. Uber was super quick for anything we wanted to do. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is amazing! We also ate Merlin's Pizza down the road and it was delicious. We will be back!

The unit was very clean which was great. The king size bed was super comfortable with 4 pillows and extra in the closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only left for dinner one of the two nights and ordered from the restaurant downstairs the remainder of our meals. Make sure to try and make reservations to the beach chairs before arrival to get a good spot.

Great location to restaurant, pool, and beach access! Our 2nd floor room was right next to the stairs which was more convenient than waiting for the elevator.

Great location and friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Property was clean and well maintained. Beautiful beach and convenient to shopping, and restaurants. Will probably consider staying again in the future.

Facility was well maintained. Indoor and outdoor pools and splash pad for kids. Ordered from on site restaurant which was good. Great location and convenient to dining, shops, grocery stores, etc. Unit was on second floor. Will stay again but maybe third or fourth floor next time. Staff was great. Courteous and friendly. The property doesn’t allow you to use your own umbrella so you must rent and chairs. The beach service was great and actually had chairs ready by around 7:30 every morning and available until 5. Would suggest renting for the number of days for your stay to avoid the daily lines. Great trip.

Location was good. There were a lot of kids at this property and some did not have beach etiquette. Spent $600 on chairs and umbrellas for 5 days and the people who don’t pay for that camp out 1 foot from your chair with their 10 kids screaming and throwing sand and asking to sit in your shade from the umbrella. This happened every day we were there. Very in relaxing when your wanting an adult relaxing quiet visit. Over all it was ok and a good lactation. Great weather and nice people worked there. Hats off to the beach guys!!!!

Was just the right size for my son and myself. Short walk up 2 flights of stairs when the elevators were extra busy. Only disappointment was no washer and dryer in unit. Would stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Sundestin staff was friendly and helpful. The condo we stayed in was very clean and tastefully furnished. The view of the beach was great. The king sized bed was very comfortable. All in all, a nice getaway from the cold weather in the Blue ridge mountains. Remember, if you stay here, there is no coffee filters, napkins, salt and pepper, etc.

A bit cool but hey…it’s February! Enjoyed our time there. Only issue was the cooktop elements. Two didn’t work but used the others and made it work for us.

Loved this suite more than the one I booked and more than the one we ended our trip in. I think it was the way the furniture was set to where it may it feel more spacious. Super clean and love that I could see ocean from balcony. I like the upper rooms but wife doesn’t do well on elevators.
