Reach your exercise goals in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).
Upon entering SunDestin unit 312, you will be welcomed with a spacious and open layout, along with upscale yet relaxing beach décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and is adorned with plenty of counter space and storage, along with a beautiful backsplash. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying your favorite home cooked meal as a family. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, ideal for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.
This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the master bedroom, living room and spacious balcony. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
