5th time staying at the Sundestin. 2nd in time in 704. Love the location. Construction is still ongoing, but was noted up front. Can’t wait to come back once it’s complete!

Overall, great location. You are right by a lot of attractions within minutes. The hotel its self is very clean & the staff were great. Only downfall is having to rent a beach umbrella and chairs. As in the past the hotels have provided the beach chairs and umbrella with the stay. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with kids as it has an outside and inside pool for days when it’s to warm out for the kiddos.

Be sure to bring beach towels. The dishwasher was broken but for us it didn’t effect our stay. The 7th floor view of the white sand beach was incredible!

This Airbnb was great! It seemed as if it was newly remodeled, the location was terrific. We had two children with us so bunk beds were a great plus. I cooked a lot and brought my own food, cooking utensils, and silverware. but overall the Airbnb had everything you needed to enjoy a meal. we ate outside on the patio a few times. or let the screen open to hear the waves. The elevator is close by and also the trash disposal. You could not hear above or next-door neighbors except when opening the door. both tvs have cable and plenty of apps to enjoy. The spot has plenty of towels as well. but of course, bring your own shampoo, toothbrush, etc, or don't be like me that forgot their toothbrush but that was okay because downstairs there is a small convenience store. the only thing I saw a slight issue was with the wifi, it was fast and all but once you get to the living area it's really slow n the internet on the phone is slow as well. but overall we loved it! so many things to do nearby!

This was the perfect place to stay for us! It’s on the beach, restaurant and gift shop on the premises and crab island is just a short Uber ride down the street. We had a great time!

Plenty of space for a family of four and directly on the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony. Bedroom had a very comfortable king bed but it made the room feel very small. Only a few drawers for clothes if you like to unpack. The only real complaint was the condenser unit for the AC is practically in the master bedroom and was very loud when it would come on. Needless to say, we were woken up several times throughout the night when the AC would kick on. Light sleepers may have trouble with this. Overall, a great place to spend a beach vacation! The on-site restaurant tiki bar and store were very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy and even in the wee hours of the morning! Easy access to the beach and our daughters loved swimming in both pools- especially the indoor heated one! It got a little crowded as it was windy outdoors and a little chilly but not too bad! The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the great view and comfy king sized bed! Everything was wonderful! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for our small family of 4. We have two young girls who loved the bunk beds and didn’t mind not having a separate room. The easy accessibility to the beach and pools was awesome! Check in and Out were super easy as well. No complaints!

From the moment we got there it felt like home. We got in around 4am and a bad storm was on it's way. The woman at the front desk and the security guard greeted us immediately with big smiles, lots of good information and our passes, etc. We got to the room and all the kids were so excited to pile up in the bunk beds and make it their own little area. I was ready for bed and was expecting the usual uncomfortable, hard, cheap mattress. I laid down and immediately was suprised at how comfortable the bed was. When I woke up I felt like a million bucks! I had forgotten what it was like to wake up without my back killing me. We couldn't see the beach because it was dark when we got in but I expected it to not be as nice as the pictures like most places but it was the opposite. The pictures didn't do any justice to the water and beautiful view. Of all my 31 years of beach trips I've never seen water so clear and perfect. Funny thing is I'm not a fan of beaches. I'm more of a cabin in the woods, surrounded by trees, type of person and I usually just stay on the sand watching my family enjoy the water. But as soon as I looked off the balcony and how clear it was. I threw on my bikini and went right in. I was so amazed. It looked like the beaches you see in Cancun, Mexico. The water was FREEZING due to it being only March but it didn't matter. I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Back to the other good things. The gift shop downstairs doubles as a convenient store. Any little thing you needed it was there. Along with a little bar/restaurant in the lobby as well. Make sure to make your way to the little hidden spa room. You have to go thru the gym and into another room to find it which was a good thing because hardly anyone knew it was there so we had it all to ourselves. I could go on more about how much fun we had but you'll just have to see for yourself.
