We stayed here for a girls’ weekend at the beach and had the best time! The house was beautiful, enough space and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy the beach, food and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay highly recommend!

We are a family of 7 and had a wonderful stay at Catch A Wave! The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to a public beach access. It was clean and stocked with plenty of bath towels, kitchen essentials, and beach and pool necessities! The golf cart was an added bonus making getting around easy and fun! Communication with Scenic Stays was ongoing as soon as we checked in. We had a few minor issues that were remedied promptly. If we decide to visit the area again, we would definitely stay at Catch A Wave!

This vacation home was perfect for our family of 7! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was just as pictured. We have stayed at several different vacation homes over the years and I am very particular. This vacation home was by far the cleanest and most well stocked with bath towels, kitchen essentials and beach chairs/floats/sand toys! The only thing it could use is maybe some cleaning around the pool area (weeding, deep clean of lounge chairs) but it didn't hinder us from enjoying the pool.Having the access to the golf cart was a bonus!! Made beach trips quick and easy (sometimes was difficult finding a parking spot though), but it is just a short walk to the public beach access. There is actuality several public beach accesses close by if you drive further down. Having the golf cart made exploring easy and fun!Great communication with Scenic Stays. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of promptly. I would definitely rent Catch A Wave again if we come back to this area in the future.

Wonderful home and stay in Santa Rosa Beach! We didn’t want to go home! This home comes with everything. The golf cart works great and was a fun bonus. The home is about 2 blocks from the beach entrance. I had messaged the property management a few times before the stay and no response. They do have a keurig even though not listed. They also have tons of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys even though the listing says bring your own. It’s all there, you just need beach towels. The pool could use some TLC outdoor cleaning to get rid of some weeds and ant hills, but it didn’t really bother us. The WiFi is also pretty slow and not the best reception in this area, be prepared. Overall, minor things didn’t impact the trip. We will be back to Catch a Wave!

Catch A Wave had everything you need in a home away from home. Plenty of room for our family. Golf cart was great to have to get around with. Someone left beach chairs that we enjoyed we was able to leave our chairs in the cars . Nice to come back to the pool after a day on the beach. We also enjoyed the grill for several meals. Thank you for a great stay.

Catch the Wave was a great place for our family to stay. We were .4 miles to public beach. The only problem I had with the beach was that it is private on both sides of the public part! This is crazy ! I would love to see this change wish we knew this before we booked in Santa Rosa Fla. The only problem with the home was the pool area needs to be cleaned up. Pull up weeds around pool and pressure wash of chairs.

Great location! Very close to beach access with a short walk or golf cart ride. The golf cart was very convenient for beach trips and close restaurants. The pool is small but cozy and a great place to relax if not going to the beach.

We had 2 families staying at the house with kids ranging from 10-14. The house was perfect for our group! It was clean and well appointed. The pool is very small but was enough to relax in after time at the beach. The golf cart was so nice to have. Public beach access parking was at a premium so most days we used the golf cart to get the big stuff there and the rest of the group just walked to the beach (just under half mile easy walk). We will definitely return to this house!

This house is beautiful. Plenty of space for the whole family. Close proximity to beautiful beach access. Golf cart to rip around town in. Restaurants and very neat little neighborhoods nearby. Beach was not crowded and no seaweed. Communication with owners was flawless.

This house is in such a great location. The beach access is walkable but even better there is a golf cart. Check in was easy, the house is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The value of this house is great as well for all you can enjoy. The pool is smaller than most but we have two young ones who absolutely loved it. Very close to restaurants and less than 10 mins by car to major food stores and other places to grab essentials. Communication was great and they took care of any small issues we had immediately.

We loved our stay at Catch a Wave! There was plenty of space for our 6 and everything was furnished beautifully! The location, pool, and golf cart were icing on the cake! We definitely hope to return!

The house was beautiful and just like the description. It was clean and very roomy. The golf cart was wonderful and very useful to take to the beach. The beautiful beach is just around the corner, even walking distance. The pool was clean. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We had a lovely stay.

This was our first time back to the Gulf side of the beach in about 8 years- this house did not disappoint. It accommodated 2 families very well (I have 4 boys 9 and under. The other family has a 12, 9 year old)
The house had everything we could need as well as being a great location to some restaurants and the beach.
The golf cart was very convenient to have. We were able to go everywhere except the grocery store which was on a main highway. The gulf view snack shack was right at the end of the street and the food was so good! Try the ice cream.
Thank you for allowing our family to stay here. I would definitely recommend this house!

Our stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed the location. The house had a private pool (cozy but just enough for our family). The provided golf cart was very convenient. The public beach access is about a 5 minute walk or 2 minute cart ride down the street but parking is tight and the public beach space is limited. Great house and amenities for the price.
