I loved it,The bedroom was a little to small,If it was me I would do away this tv stand and hang tv on the wall,to give it more walking room in front of the bed,And I never found a dust pan,But other than those two things it was great,The view was amazing and the people at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming.The host was always quick to respond back,and very helpful.And I also loved there was plenty of towels and bath rags. for the kitchen if it were me, I would get a few plastic cups for children.. because my daughter being seven I wouldn’t let her drink out of the glasses. I got the coffee mugs because I was afraid she was gonna drop the glasses.But overall I would recommend this rental to anyone. It was very, very clean.

This resort was close to everywhere I wanted to be, I had friends staying at the Inn at Crystal Beach. The unit was impeccable and I loved how it seemed all units faced the beachside.

Our stay was short, 3 1/2 days, but it was wonderful! The room was gorgeous, very clean, exactly like pictured on VRBO...10th floor, amazing view of the ocean and the breeze was beyond refreshing. I am already looking to book another week at this unit in 2024. Only thing I would suggest to the Host is to add a full-length mirror somewhere in the unit for the ladies....The only complaint that we had was that the air conditioning unit was located in the master bedroom in some type of cabinet right in front of the king sized bed. The box took up a lot of room and the space was already tight with the king bed, however, when the A/C kicked on it would wake you up at night. It was very loud, kind of sounded like an engine starting right next to your head...strange place for the A/C to be located. Check in was flawless, everything you could possibly need right there in one location. Parking was plentiful, even when we came home late... The unit was well appointed as far as towels, kitchen needs, etc. We wish we had a few extra days there....

The bedroom there was barely any room to move around bed. The air condition was very loud in bedroom as well. We probably would not rent this unit again.

Very well kept property. Some updates noticed. Nice view if gulf. Bedroom room was tight as was storage in bedroom. Could remove footboard from bed to improve space to walk around. Two bathrooms were nice. Big area around pool with nice lounge chairs.

The view from the balcony was a 10/10, and everything was pretty clean. The only thing I would say is there’s a huge red/brown stain on the curtains in the living room and the bedroom is very cramped, to the point that it’s almost impossible to walk to the other side of the bed. Overall nice condo and in good location.

There is only 1 thing I would add for those who prefer not to have housekeeping during their stay. A broom for the sand that tracks back in even after you wash off LOL 😆 we will definitely be back. Perfect home away from home. THANK YOU!

This was the ultimate condo! The condo was very clean upon arrival. Perfect property to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. Just my husband and I. Location was right off the beach (walking distance), we had an ocean view and it was gorgeous. Local stores and restaurants were not far from us. The property was stocked with all kitchen appliances, utensils, vacuum, broom, iron, ironing board. We were supplied with dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels. The only thing I would like for the property owner to maybe possibly consider, would be to mount/install the tv in the bedroom on the wall. There is no space to walk in front of the King sized bed and the small shelf that holds the tv. My husband and I plan on visiting Destin again and hope to book this exact property.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and we love the convenience of the private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, and restaurant. If you don’t want to leave, there’s no reason to! This year the store had iced coffee which we enjoyed in the mornings we we headed out to the beach. Everything you need with a young family. Unless you want to leave, there’s no reason to go off site and, with kids, that’s a huge perk!

This condo was just what my small family of 4 needed. It\'s right on the beach with gorgeous views and the condo was decorated beautifully. The king size bed and pillows were extremely cumfy and exactly what I needed after a long day on the beach!

The master bedroom was very crowded.We could barely squeeze between the bed and the foot of bed to opposite side.We had to place our luggage in the living room because there was no space in bedroom..The outside patio could use better furniture such as metal bar stools and matching table so guest could sit outside to eat and enjoy the view. Other than that the condo was very nice.

We loved our stay! Beautifully redone, awesome view and deck area. The only thing I would recommend is maybe having someone check the AC. It’s really loud when it starts and could maybe be adjusted?! Thanks for all-definitely a 5 star stay.

This property was very nice! All the furniture, fixtures and appliances look to be newly renovated and were all very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is super comfy and the view of the beach is awesome. The property is right on the beach with very easy access. Although the property overall is very nice it’s not without a couple of notes. First, the bedroom is small which is fine but it has large furniture which blocks someone from getting to the other side of the bed. That can be easily fixed by removing the media cabinet for something much smaller or hanging the tv altogether. The other is the a/c unit is right at the bedroom so if you’re a light sleeper you may have some issues when the unit turns on because it can be loud. We would stay here again and appreciate in this COVID environment how much care it seems it was taken to make the property so clean.
