My family and I stayed here over spring break and had such a great relaxing time. The pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to the sound of the waves and morning coffee on the balcony. The views were unreal. Easy beach access for my 3 little kids to run up to the beach without crossing a road was a huge perk. We will absolutely be back!

Parking was tight with having big truck. Elevator was broke had to go up all the stairs. We had to call Saturday night when we arrived because the upstairs air was not working we called about 10 pm. The person we talked to was unprofessional when speaking to me and very rude just a heads up on you night time help with problems. The day workers were very nice and helpful we really enjoyed the stay after that and the air was fixed very next day .

Very nice property and host was easy to communicate with. The sliding doors were very difficult to open and we wished there were a few more forks in the kitchen but otherwise, no complaints. Beach access was so easy with the boardwalk and being on the end was nice. Very quiet beach are, not near a lot of built up things.

We did a family vacation ages ranging from 21-6. Checkin was great super easy and house was very clean. It came with everything you need for a great stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It also came with beach toys, chairs, net, beach towels etc. The only thing we needed to purchase was fishing pools. Our stay was amazing 10/10 recommend this vrbo and navarre.

What a wonderful place!
The view was stellar, and the patio looking out at the beach was our favorite place to be!
My husband had fractured his foot and couldn’t spend time on the beach, so having the beautiful outdoor area was like a beach cabana! We would love to come back when we can stay longer.

We’ve been coming to Navarre since the early 90’s and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. Lovely, comfortable and clean with great views. Easy access to the beach and garage parking were nice additions, along with ice maker in fridge and really good water pressure in the showers!

The townhouse was beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 6. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. The upstairs air conditioner quit cooling but it was fixed by a maintenance person within 2 hours after calling it in. We loved the view of the ocean from the patio and the upstairs balcony.

I can’t tell you enough good things about this property. It’s absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk through the door. It’s really stunning and spotless. It was the most beautifully decorated home we’ve stayed in. It was such a pleasure spending 4 nights there and we can’t wait to return. The best word I can think of to describe this wonderful property is CLASSY! Wow just fantastic!!

We were looking for a quieter spot for our annual family vacation this year. The Carlyle was the perfect location. The house is amazing. The deck has beautiful views of the white sandy beach. We hope to make this our annual spot. The only negative...and it certainly isn't a big deal considering what an amazing time we had...the rental states it includes beach service. It isn't a true beach service. We called and got everything set up. They didn't come until 9:30 on the 2nd day. We tipped the young man and told him we were there for 9 more days. We never saw them again. We had a 10 day rental. The equipment is not stored in the traditional boxes out of the weather. It was left at the end of the boardwalk and was in pretty bad condition. We were able to set it up ourselves for the rest of the stay.

What a perfect property for a quiet & relaxing trip to beautiful Navarre Beach. This townhouse is so much easier to access than previous high rise condos we have stayed in because we could park at the front door and walk right in - no common area elevators to contend with as we unloaded our belongings or multiple gates with codes. Being the end unit of a small, 4-unit property, it was so private and peaceful a setting. We enjoyed complete privacy on both the lower patio & upper balcony. Being able to walk directly from our living area to the beach on the short boardwalk was incredibly convenient. We enjoyed having a 2 story townhouse with 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs; however, any traveler with mobility issues should be aware that you'll have 2 sets of steep stairs to manage as the private elevator is not working at this time (Sept 2021). There are stairs from the parking level to the interior entrance of the townhouse and stairs to the master bedroom/2nd bedroom/laundry room. There is a very spacious garage attached to the unit to accommodate at least 1 or 2 vehicles, depending on size, plus 1 outdoor parking space. The property is well insulated, so we never heard a sound from our neighbors to the side. As for the decor, you'll not find anything so tastefully done and with such high end finishes as this unit. It is stunning and very true to the photos reflected in the listing. The property owner is to be commended on creating so beautiful a space. We have stayed in several other places in prior visits to Navarre, but now that we have experienced this townhouse, there will be no other place for us.

We’ve stayed in the property 3-4 times now & it just doesn’t get any better. Perfect location on the beach & comfortable for the whole family. Kitchen is well stocked making it easy to eat at home, but restaurants are just a quick drive if you want to go out. Can’t beat the view and the quiet area.

Very upscale luxury feel to the decor and design, we loved having the balcony to listen to the waves at night. Best part is as a family of 6 we could come and go from the house to the beach so conveniently if someone needed something, food, bathroom etc. They could just run back up themselves. No packing lots of stuff or even needing to walk across the road, you're right there. Navarre is the most friendly and polite town I've been to in a long time. Every thing we needed store wise was minutes away. And there might have been only 20 to 30 people within viewing distance of where we were on the beach. Also they have a beach service that sets up your chairs and umbrellas daily if the wind isn't too high. Will definitely be back one day.

As described - clean, lots of space, close to beach, quiet. We chose this location for its proximity to the beach and quiet area and it certainly delivered on those! The big deck gets afternoon sun out of the wind which was lovely. Only frustrations were that the front gate did not lock, dishwasher initially didn't work and maintenance was not available on the weekend, and the fridge beeped non stop the second night, again on a weekend so we had to listen to that for hours. We also had no idea the chairs at the beach were included with our stay as the worker putting them out told us to call and pay for them but the binder in the rental said they were included. We never did use them due to this confusion. We were told there was no grill but upon arrival there was a grill but it did not have propane. A working grill would be a huge bonus for the property. Also description said we needed a parking pass but we were never given one. No issues with parking though. Minor issues only, and I would highly recommend the Carlyle. I would stay here again no doubt.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, when we first arrived, I realized that no where on my reservation and subsequent notifications did it tell you where or how to get access. So we had to call the 800 number, where the agent was quick to help. Also, the patio doors in the bedrooms did not close or shut and the locks appear to be broken. This made us feel a bit unsafe.

This property sits at the end and so we had even more privacy. The townhome is loaded with things you'll need such as pans, cups, or bowls! Even toilet papers, napkins, 1,2 or days of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We love how we just open the back door and step right to the beach!! You cant beat that! The only thing was the internet. It was dropping off and on. Called to discuss the matter. We reset and all. Still, it didn't improve. We did not call in again though

The Carlysle was an excellent location. Close enough to do the fun things but secluded enough to enjoy quiet time on the beach away from crowds. It had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be returning!

Our experience at The Carlyle Townhouse was nearly perfect! The Townhouse itself was extremely comfortable and beautiful! It was nicely stocked, clean, and there were quite a few amenities. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for and it was definitely a high end Townhouse! It had beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and it was a quick walk to the water. There is one thing though that I would have changed and I feel it was somewhat confusing! The chairs and umbrella situation could have been handled a little different. Any time that we've ever stayed on a beach where chairs and umbrellas where part of the stay, we never questioned which ones where ours, except for our stay here. I would like to suggest putting the last names on the back of them when they are up! That way there wouldn't be any confusion on the ones that where yours. We had some confusion that was resolved, but wished that would have never been an issue! Otherwise, our stay was memorable and we plan on coming back next summer there!

Beautiful home on the beach. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. No elevators or lobby to walk through just open the back door and you are on the beach. Beautiful view from all balconies and the sound of the waves so relaxing. Rent chairs from Lazy Days Rentals and they set up and take down every day. Mattress in upstairs guest room is best the other two a little soft but still a great stay. Very clean and comfortable, Netflix available and lots of channels good wifi too. Thanks to the owners and managers for a safe and great vacation!

My boyfriend and his parents and I stayed at the Carlyle Townhouse for Thanksgiving. We couldn't have had a better view, place to stay or overall time. The house is utterly beautiful and has one of the best views of the sunrise and sunset from the beautiful, open patio during this time of year. If we venture back to Navarre we'll be sure to book this oasis!
