Kerihil South is a captivating home with five bedrooms and four and a half baths accommodating up to fifteen. No detail has been overlooked in this beautifully appointed coastal chic home. From the new paint and furnishings, renovated kitchen, and updated bathrooms to the gorgeous hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and cheerful artwork scattered throughout, each room is a complete delight.

Prep snacks and meals in the spacious, airy kitchen with plenty of space for several to join in. Cozy up to the breakfast bar with seating for six, gather at the dining table, large enough to host a crowd, or relax in the light-infused living room amid plush furnishings designed for comfort and relaxation. When it’s time to unwind after a day at the beach, the beautifully decorated bedrooms will be a welcome retreat! Three bedrooms feature king-sized beds, and with two bunk rooms, each housing two twin over twin bunks, everyone will experience a restful night. Bathrooms are inviting and spacious with clean lines and custom finishes. Extra gathering spaces and private nooks scattered throughout really take this home to another level. Gather on the ground floor or second-floor porches, watch a movie on the sun porch with a wet bar and flat-screen TV, or take in the Gulf views on the expansive upper deck with seating for all.

Lounge by the community pool just steps away or head to the boardwalk for quick and easy access to the gorgeous sugar sand beaches of 30A. Tour the area eateries throughout the day, starting with Kahve and Cream for specialty coffees, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, and crepes. For lunch, try blackened grouper tacos or a crab cake sandwich at the Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, and finish the day at Cafe Thirty-A with a nice filet or fresh tuna and a sampling of key lime pie!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
