We had the best time here! the house was beautiful and the amenities in the neighborhood and village around it couldn't have been better. We brought 5 teenagers and they were never bored. From the pool to the beach to the walkable village with the shops and stores we couldn't have asked for more!

This house is gorgeous!! Is perfectly clean and located in a quiet part of the Neighbour hood , close to the pool. It is not easy to find a single story house, and this one is spacious and very comfortable. We I’ll certainly come back to this house next time!

We loved the location, walkable to food, the tram service to/from the beach was fantastic. The house was great, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking your own meals as well.

Loved our stay. The bunk bed room didnt have a working fan & the master bathroom shower was clogged but an easy fix with maintenance.

This is the second year we have stayed at this house. The house is very nice for the right size group. Last year 4 adults and 2 kids, no bathroom issues. This year with 6 adults and 2 kids; legs were squeezed and showers were delayed sometimes. The location is a nice compromise between several desires. The lagoon pool is an easy walk. The shops are an easy walk. With grandkids, it is not on the busiest streets. We have enjoyed bike riding around the neighborhood and in the larger area both years. Last year we booked through VRBO and paid a larger fee. This year, knowing the location management group, we booked directly (I think I saved money). Unfortunately, twice this year I emailed (or called and left a voicemail) asking questions and got no response. The first time, a later call was answered and my request to extend our stay was quickly approved. I did have to ask them to send a confirmation days later. The second time, I never got a call back (are bikes provided like last year?), but decided to just find out when I arrived, knowing we could rent down the street, if not. However, the online pre-check-in, check-in, and check-out instructions are very good. All the information you need is there (and not a bunch of superfluous information and ads).

Location is great and you can walk the pool, beach, the horse shoe area or Rosemary Main St. There was construction next door but it was not a big issue. They should be done in a couple months.

This is our 4th time staying in Seacrest Beach and this house was great. The rooms and bathrooms were really spacious and the beds were comfortable. Pillows weren’t the best, but we managed! Wish there was better front porch furniture (Adirondack chairs!) and a sectional couch for the family to lounge on in the living room, but overall really enjoyed this rental and would recommend!

The house was so cute and very clean. The guest service was exceptional and very attentive. My only review would be that since construction is currently going on just feet away, maybe include that in the description. We had workers using the port a potty which was feet from the front porch while we sat there in the mornings. It was slightly uncomfortable. We were at the beach most of the day but when at the house it was not very quiet or relaxing.

My only complaint is that we were not informed of the construction going on next-door. There were cement trucks and other vehicles parked in front of our house with constant noise. There was also debris from the construction and a Port-a-John out in front of our place. The house was absolutely lovely, except for the neighboring construction. I feel that we should have been forewarned.

My sister and I rented this for a sister 10-day trip with our two dogs. We loved the house! It was very clean, and the size of the bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect! The mattresses were super comfortable as well. The location is in the back of the neighborhood, but there is a sidewalk near the house that goes straight to the pool. Such easy access! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and keeping this house in mind for future stays.

Upon arrival, the house was dusty and borders were dirty. Pots, utensils were dirty; before using anything I had to wash all. Countertops appeared as if they were not cleaned. Beautiful house and neighborhood, however the cleanliness could be better

The property was great, very clean and better even than it looks online. We rented bikes and this is a VERY bike friendly area for cruising around; not road biking. First time to the area, we checked out all the other hot spots and towns and have to say that we think this is the best neighborhood for what we wanted. Plenty to do/restaurants. Beaches are very busy so rent chairs weeks in advance.

This home is well updated and has everything you need to enjoy your time. The pots and pans are actually even good. We had 5 adults and 2 little kids and it was a great house for that. We rented bikes which I recommend. Be sure to call in when you get there to get the wristbands.

We loved every minute of our stay in this home. It was fresh and clean and felt like they just renovated. Everything is brand new and gorgeous. Plenty of space and great location at the back of the neighborhood (backs up to nature space). Most homes in the neighborhood and community are piled on top of one another. This one feels like it\'s all alone and very private. Excellent communication and processes to make the stay very enjoyable!

The house is just like it is in pictures. It’s spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the best stocked rental kitchen we seen yet. We all felt very comfortable and at home away from home. The beach is just a tram ride away and pool is close by. We liked the more secluded feeling of not being that close to all the other houses. Overall, a great stay! Thank you!
