Loved the location and the unit! So close to the white sand beach, the amenities were great too, too bad our unit didn't come with laundry. Bed was good, we got partial view of the beach, and partial view of the city, so beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was fabulous. The condo was perfect, it had an amazing view of the ocean. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable (which is very important) I honestly have no complaints about the condo at all. There was construction going on at the property which was not an issue at all. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool was so-so but we did not actually spend time there because we are beach people but it could stand to be updated (maybe that’s in the construction plan) The little restaurant within the property was really good as well, it’s a perfect little spot if you don’t feel like going out. I do have ONE complaint. I think that it’s absolutely ridiculous that if you don’t rent chairs and an umbrella you are NOT permitted to put your beach chair in the water. That is absolutely taking advantage of people’s money especially since we paid a decent amount to stay there. We still took our chairs down and into the water. We were just respectful about it.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. We had the opportunity to enjoy our 23rd Wedding Anniversary with comfort and a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and hopeful. The view was breathtaking, and the private beach is amazing. Sun Destin was very safe as well with an on-foot security guard walking around all night.

Nice location with many attractions. The view is amazing from the condo. Able to see the beach from the bedroom and living room. Beautiful sunsets. Nice balcony looking at the beach. We are very please with the hospitality. The small restaurant in the bottom was great for us. The condo had all the necessary. My husband and I would like to come back.

My daughter(21) and I decided on a last minute getaway during her spring break week. We arrived early (11am) and we were notified our unit was ready around 1:30pm. This was a pleasant surprise considering check-in wasn't until 4pm. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and professional. The bartender at the Pelican Beach cafe/restaurant as well as the young men handling the beach chair rentals were all pleasant and professional. Our room was clean but the furnishings were a bit dated and some items needed repair/cleaning. Our view was from the side of the building but we could view the ocean unobstructed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The only negative is there was no washing machine/dryer in the unit; however, there was a community laundry room on our floor.
