Start the day slow with a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool. Graze in the lobby gift shop for beachwear, decor items, and supplies. Get in a workout at the fitness facility, followed by some relaxation in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Unwind with complimentary DVD rentals and head back out to enjoy the tiki bar (seasonal) or chill by the beach in a lounge chair with umbrella (fee). SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your large gatherings and functions. The concierge can assist should you have any questions about what to do off-property, and our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk as well.

SunDestin Unit 1711 is a bright and cheerful one bedroom, one bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Upon entrance, you’ll be immediately uplifted by the cheerful decor, open floor plan, and gorgeous views. The kitchen is stocked full of everything needed to prepare a tasty spread, with plenty of cabinets for storage and counter space for serving. Curl up on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and catch a game or movie on the flat-screen TV. Savor the sunset on the balcony or call it a night and retire to the master suite, complete with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
