SunDestin Unit 1004 is an invitingly delightful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Filled with cozy furnishings, beachy decor, and natural, seaside touches, experience what it feels like to start your day in a space that’s crisp, light, and airy. The whole gang can gather in the beautiful open concept living/dining area in comfort. Lounge on comfortable furniture in the living room and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or assemble at the dining room table with seating for four. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience to make you feel at home. Unwind with a tropical drink on the balcony, directly overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax at day’s end in the living room with a sleeper sofa or in the master suite, with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
