The condo was very nice! The king bed was comfortable and the updated kitchen was great! It didn't even take very long to learn the TV remotes! (that's always an issue for me) The construction wasn't too bad... only one morning of hammering, pretty early. The only issue that I had was parking.. I know the construction equipment needs the space, but some people were having to park across the busy highway because of it. Other than that, I'd go back. I especially like the fact that there is always someone there at the front!

For our first time staying in Destin, we picked a great place! The staff was welcoming, although we didn’t like that they tried to hassle us into wasting 2 hours of our vacation to go take a tour of another hotel and get into a time share… I get they are everywhere but at the front desk shouldn’t be one of those places even when we told them no we were good they kept on asking what was holding us back. When you walk into the room itself it smells CLEAN! Love that! Everything about the room was clean. The only complaint we would have is there wasnt enough towels and wash rags to last us the 4 nights we stayed. I know they mention to possibly bring towels and wash rags but if we are going to a hotel that’s one last thing we want to pack space wise… and when you ask for more they tell you to wash them… I’m cool with that as well I just don’t want to spend our vacation money on laundry detergents… but we did and made it work… also left the laundry detergents for the next person. Perfect view of the beach! Pools were clean!

The room was the right size for a quick couples getaway trip. Yes there was construction during our stay. There was plenty of warning about it by the management. The on site bar/restaurant is nice and have great deals. The view was nice. Our bed was so so. But overall great room and would come back again!

This us our first stay and want to come back next time in Destin. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, felt like home away from home. The building is quiet and peaceful. The beach is walking distance, very close.

This condo has an amazing view of the Gulf. It also boasts a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well appointed, and the fridge is very cold. Some slight wear of living room furniture and bathroom trim, but nothing major. Highly recommended for an anniversary get-away!

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well appointed even if we didn't cook anything - fridge was very cold. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and this condo was quiet and peaceful even though some areas of the property had renovations underway. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was spectacular.

Absolutely loved our stay. We could walk right on to the beach and even saw dolphins from our windows. Everything was clean and stocked. I was impressed with how quiet the room was as well. I couldn’t hear neighbors or doors slamming like we can with other resorts.

My fiancé and I went for vacation in early March. The unit was stocked with most everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy as well. There is a lot to do in the area, although some of it was closed due to the time of the year. Overall, we had a great time and plan to be back!

This is the second time I've stayed here and you can't beat the price for what you get. Right on the ocean, clean and updated plus I love the gift shop and small restaurant/bar area. This is my go to place for my Destin vacation.

Great views, very spacious unit, Location amazing. Only downfall was floor tile needs updated. Also, hard to find a decent spot on the Beach because they really want you to rent their chairs and umbrella.

Had a great time in destin at this location. The condo was I. Great shape and included full fridge(ice maker too), oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other appliances. Bed was comfortable and clean and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. Overall was a nice stay and would recommend.

We are couch potatoes who like a good meal and a view. That\'s exactly what this place offered. In the middle of lots of great food, excellent potato spots (couch, bed, recliner, balcony...), and a view to die for!!! Will definitely book again!

Great location, AMAZING view, great food nearby, nice short walk to the beach (we are both handicap and had very little trouble). Super clean and nice. Comfortable seating and bed. I was extra thrilled to find a box fan in the closet for sleeping noise!!!

All was great, except for cooking it could use a cutting board; at least one or maybe two non-serrated knives, and perhaps a 10\' non-stick frypan. :-)

You can\'t beat the location of this condo. The view is amazing and the extra room on the balcony was a major plus as well. The resort is located adjacent to the beach and allowed us to also utilize the pool during the day. We visited the walkup bar a few times during the visit and enjoyed having that option so close. The floors in the room were a bit dirty. When my husband walked barefoot on the floors the bottom of his feet became dirty. We solved this by wearing our flip flops around the condo. Based on the additional cleaning fees I was surprised the floors were dirty.

A few small things with the unit: Lamp in the bathroom did not work, appears to need a new bulb Outlets in the half bath work, but hair dryer plug kept falling out of the outlet when being used Water heater would make a loud noise when more than one person would get in the shower

This condo was great! The private beach is just outside; steps behind the condo. Very clean and nice staff! I gave this only 4 stars because the description of the condo said “beach front” and it is not. The view is West of the beach so your view is from the corner.

This condo was amazing! The only reason I gave this a 4 star rating for location is because the description stated “beach front”. The condo is facing West and is on the side of the building, not directly beach front. It was clean and the staff was there to help and answer any questions I had.

Nicely decorated condo. Kitchen was very roomy for a one-bedroom. Slept great every night on super comfortable king bed. Everything was very clean and stocked well. Perfect convenient location between Silver Sands Outlets and Harbor Walk. Walk to The Track and Big Kahuna Water Park. Only two complaints: (1) the ceiling fan in the living area was very squeaky, which we reported to management and (2) you cannot bring your own upright beach umbrella. Overall, great stay!

Very clean. Easy beach access. Comfortable bed. Spacious for 2 guests. Plenty of towels. Only complaint is that the washer and dryer was communal and down the hall. It was not in the room. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a really great spot. Would stay here again.
