There’s many on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Plus, the Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.
SunDestin 717 is a one-bedroom, one and half bath condo. Upon entry, you’ll see the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and is bright and airy. There’s seating for four at the dining room table. The sofas in the living area is a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy- they’re included in your stay. Step on the balcony and take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Destin area. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and has a king sized bed. Both bathrooms can be accessed from this room or the hall. There’s a sofa bed in the living room, so the condo sleeps four guests comfortably. This one-bedroom rental is a true home away from home and is a great place to create memories for years to come.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort is multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions.
