Pelican Beach 405 is a lovely fourth floor condo with one bedroom and two baths accommodating up to six. The views don’t get much better than from the living room, with a sofa, love seat, and flat-screen TV. Come together for a game of cards at the table with seating for four, or gather at the breakfast bar for morning coffee. Take in the views from the kitchen while preparing quick snacks for the pool or beach, then head out onto the private balcony with a favorite book before an afternoon catnap. You’ll find cozy sleeping arrangements in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath. The kids will love the twin bunks nestled in the hall, while the sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.
You’ll find tons for the whole family to do right on the property, including shared swimming pools, a hot tub, two fitness centers, and a stunning stretch of beach right out back. With Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park just across the road and The Track’s go-karts and miniature golf course less than a mile away, you won’t have to travel far to enjoy Destin’s most popular attractions. Packed with restaurants, shopping, and activities, the Destin boardwalk is just minutes away, and the perfect spot to rent a watercraft for the day! Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
Parking is for one vehicle. The Front Desk is available and will assist with check-ins 24/7.

The elevators are right around the corner and getting to the beach is so easy. We had a wonderful time. The unit could use some updates (worn condition). Would recommend at this price! I would recommend this property to family and friends. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was good except the couch was dirty and stained badly. With just our stay alone, I believe you all can afford 2 new couches. Wonderful Vacation
The condo was clean, and very spacious. The master bed was SO SO comfy! Perfect view of the ocean! The owners were quick to respond to our message and checked it to make sure all was well!! 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. The pools seem super kid friendly. The weight room and gaming room was a little confusing to find at first, but smooth sailing afterwords. The tiki bar was so cool and had delicious drinks! You get an arm band to have access to the pools and private beach! We loved everything about the pelican beach, and room 405!! Our only complaint was not in regard to room 405, but the laundry room. Great location
Really enjoyed our stay. The unit had more room then my wife and I needed. It was nice to have a kitchen to fix breakfast and have coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Clean and supplied well. My only complaint is the rules for the beach, the rented chairs and beach umbrellas take up the beachfront until 5pm, you are only allowed to set up your stuff behind them with no direct view of the beach and only one open pathway to the beach. There are private property signs on both sides of the Resort’s beach, which are removed at 5pm and then you can set up where you want. Breath taking view, beautiful pools, and clean place to stay. The Pelican had 3 hot tubs and 2 pools. One was very shallow with fountains - my one-year-old loved it. The sand is so soft and white. The pools and gulf were warm. We watched dolphins from the balcony! Lots of great restaurants and stuff to do. The place itself was incredibly clean! - not even a stay hair in the sink. The king mattress was also incredibly comfortable with great pillows. There was parking in a garage or in the sun. They had dish soap, a sponge and travel shampoo etc for us. The Tv had lots of channels. It was a great vacation. Only thing is the washer and dryer are a community one on the floor costing $2 per wash and $2 per dry with coins. I have asked them to update the listing since I thought we would have our own washer, dryer. Shower water pressure was great and heated up quickly, but the ice machine didn’t work. Definitely Recommend
The room offered everything we needed. The location is very close to the main elevators and laundry room. I was worried that only being on the 4th floor we would not have a good view of the beach but I was wrong. Overall, 10/10 for our family of 6. Loved the location and view. It was on the 4th floor over the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. Perfect view. The only downfall to this condo is there is no washer or dryer in the unit. Great location
Really enjoyed our stay. The unit had more room then my wife and I needed. It was nice to have a kitchen to fix breakfast and have coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Clean and supplied well. My only complaint is the rules for the beach, the rented chairs and beach umbrellas take up the beachfront until 5pm, you are only allowed to set up your stuff behind them with no direct view of the beach and only one open pathway to the beach. There are private property signs on both sides of the Resort’s beach, which are removed at 5pm and then you can set up where you want. PICTURE PERFECT views
The views and location of this condo were perfect! We enjoyed our stay, our unit was quiet and met all the basic needs. Our only issues were small, but the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. We also would have liked to have an option for a thinner blanket has the comforter on the bed was VERY heavy, especially in 90 degree weather! The decor in the condo was a little outdated and some things were starting to show wear (faucet in the kitchen sink was very unsteady, for example). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay-the beach bar and quick walk to the ocean were amazing! We, also, enjoyed the pools, which were very nice and had plenty of chairs and space. This is a nice property....can't beat the ocean view. The Pelican Beach resort is very family friendly but not too crazy or loud. They have rules and they enforce them, which we appreciated.
