Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. We had a wonderful experience here! Very helpful host - responsive and friendly. We did have an issue with the guest portal, but they provided a phone number to call for issues well in advance so it was a minor hiccup! Truly a majestic and awe inspiring view! This place also does a great job making you feel like you’re in a private beach house somehow.

Nice but a little tired looking.

The condo was nice but was a little worn looking. I think it needs some updating with furniture, rugs, and the keurig coffee pot. The ad stated that there was a hair dryer and there was not. The location on the beach was wonderful. The condo is much smaller than it appears on their ad for rental.

One Seagrove Place has stepped up their game.

We have stayed at One Seagrove many times. But this year we found that they have really stepped up their game. The new entry way was beautiful, we were greeted right at the door by friendly staff. All of our needs were met immediately. The maintenance staff was all over the property making sure everything was clean and neat. There was a new on site concierge service. Our condo was clean and freshly painted. Bravo One Seagrove Place. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Our family of 4 had a great time here! We caught some fish off the beach and relaxed in the beautiful sand! The condo is cozy and nice. Close proximity to a great pizza place. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great except....

Everything is great except the beach setup. Public access needs to be stopped, as it appears to be on adjacent properties. Way too many people crammed into a relatively small area. Regarding the beach setup, it is unclear at check in that you can book with others, and the one associated with One Seagrove requires you to haul the stuff to the beach and set it up. While somewhat cheaper, this is not good. Recommend just going with the county approved vendor.Regarding the overcrowding on the beach, perhaps enforce property boundaries like adjacent property owners do?

Love returning here each summer!
