Our stay was beautiful as well as the room. Very disappointed since both pools were closed and I specifically asked if they’d be open during our stay and was told yes. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and the pools were closed.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view. The AC unit is loud especially since it’s in the master bedroom. Can’t wait to see the finished product from the renovation that’s taking place. Wish the unit had a washer and dryer, however there is one in the common area of the floor just inconvenient. But we will most likely stay here again.

Will definitely stay here again. Been to Destin 6 times plus. Normally stay at the Pelican Beach Resort but they are way too expensive now. A 4 day stay with Pelican with ALL their ridiculous fees was $1400 just for the room. Anyway, SunDestin has the same similar floor plan for more than half the cost for a ocean view. Loved SunDestin. Mckenzie was a dream to work with. Get that girl trained and promoted to the next level. She's the best!

The Scenic Stays’s oceanview apartment was absolutely stunning! The sea view from the room was breathtaking, it’s definitely worth coming just for that. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and amazing views. Would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay, everything was organized and clean. The beach view was just the cherry on top for this apartment. My only complaint is that the parking is not well organized by the hotel.

This condo is beautiful! Very pretty decorated and has everything you would need. Our only complaint (which is not the condo owner's fault) is the parking situation is terrible. There aren't enough spaces so you have to park in 'overflow parking' which is 3 blocks down in a sketchy dark lot and then cross Destin's busiest road on foot to get back. I wish they allowed one car per condo and all other cars go to overflow but it's first come first serve.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was updated and had everything we needed. The condo itself was beautiful. The parking at Sundestin is terrible. They have an overflow lot about 3 blocks away which we had to park at 4 out of the 5 nights we were there. Single mom with 2 small kids crossing Destin's busiest road in the dark night isn't ideal. I wish they had a shuttle or something. But that's not the condo's fault. We would definitely choose this condo again!

Such a great stay. Really enjoyed everything. Prices at the restaurant were a little high so we left and ate elsewhere. Parking in the evenings is a little rough too. Other than that, it was amazing. We’re currently looking for something in October for the Rodeo.

Great views! Great location! Right on the beach. The remodel was well done. More than enough space for us. Didn't use them much, but appreciated having the kitchen utensils, plates, pans, etc...

This was THE perfect place for my family’s vacation. I loved the view from our patio. We could see dolphins! The umbrellas and chairs on the beach were perfect for a day in the sun and surf. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a Walmart super close for groceries and they delivered to the door. Plus the grills were a great addition to be able to cook out. My friend loved the lap pool. I loved the hot tub except it’d be nice if kids weren’t allowed to be in the hot tub so adults could relax. The bar near the hot tub was also nice and the drinks were yummy! Except a bit pricey. $26 for one drink is a bit excessive. We will definitely be back! Plus the boardwalk activities were only 2 mi down the road.

I loved everything about the place. I loved how it has its private spot at the beach so it's not crowded. It's nice and quiet at bedtime, so no disruption when you are sleeping. Love that the beach is walking distance. Love live love the place!! Definitely going back SOON!!

It was our first time to Destin! We had a blast! The location was so awesome right on the beach and the condo was great, with a great view! And we were able to go out to eat when we wanted to or cook in also.

Property is in a great location. Lobby, shop and restaurant on property were very convenient. Units are small. 1603 was appointed OK, but DW was quirky. Had to really push and jostle the door to get it to start. Also, Missing a few kitchen items, like tongs, but mostly everything needed was included. Kitchen is super small. You can barely open fridge door all the way without hitting counter on other side. Overall, a good stay. Would definitely spend extra for 2 bedroom if i stayed at this property again.

Location of unit in proximity to the beach is great, but being forced to rent chairs and/or umbrellas per day instead of being able to use our own umbrella was not ideal. That should be noted in the listing. The unit could also use updating - the decor is pretty bad/outdated and the shower and sink in the larger bathroom should be replaced. However it was clean and exactly as advertised, just a bit outdated considering the price.

This condo is in the best location with every amenity you could ask for. The property has a reasonably priced market, a tiki hut for beach cocktails, and a tasty restaurant for dine-in, take out, or delivery. You even get a free movie rental when you check in. I highly recommend this property for anyone coming to Destin!
