This is our third time staying in this Unit, so to say we like it is an understatement. Our trip was great, the construction going on didn’t bother us. We did get an occasional musty odor and the restaurant downstairs isn’t as good as the last one that was there. But we aren’t going to let those things deter us from returning yet again in the future!

Loved this place and elevators were quick. Bed had a matress protector on it which was very nice to see. Only complaint would be the condo smells like mildew, I'm not from Florida so not sure if that's normal or not but other than that we LOVED the space! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time at SunDestin resort with Scenic Stays as the host. They were very responsive to all we needed. The condo was clean and spacious to be a one bedroom. The bathrooms were clean and nice with plenty of linens! The view from our room was gorgeous and the lobby, store, pool, and beach access was just as described. We had such a great time and good experience. We look forward to staying again!!

Everything was wonderful and great easy access to the beach. Even the renovation work going on did not disturb anyone or anything. Its a awesome place to stay.

We booked this room for my 35th birthday vacation. This is our second time staying in this same room and it does not disappoint! The updates are wonderful, the location is terrific and the views are amazing! We spent almost every day on the beach and the chair/umbrella vendors were fantastic as well! The Pelican’s Roost downstairs has great food and drinks, there was one stormy day and we spent the afternoon there and everyone was very friendly!

It was a wonderful stay. My first visit to Destin and hopefully not my last. Would love to stay in this room again. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The sofa bed does need a new mattress. Very uncomfortable. Probably would not invite others to stay if they had to sleep on that. But everything else was absolutely great. The staff was wonderful too. Felt very safe and cared for during our stay. Thank you!!!

Condo was in a perfect location and very clean. The pools were nice. Only problem we had was the refrigerator didn't cool and the ice maker didn't make any ice.

606 was such a beautiful little condo! We could tell it was very freshly renovated, it was in excellent condition. The views from the balcony were awesome as well- we could see dolphins every morning and evening about 100 yards off of the coast. We would love to stay here again, especially when the weather warms up. The only small inconvenience we had with ScenicStays was on the day of our arrival, we called the front desk to see if our room was ready earlier than 4 pm (check-in time) and they told us it was. When we arrived, we were told it wasn't, there seemed to have been a miscommunication. Would totally recommend this charming little condo to anyone looking for a relaxed beach getaway!

Condo was perfect besides the Wi-Fi not working consistently. Garbage disposal backed up into the dishwasher which was not pleasant. Other than that the condo was amazing! Definitely will return

Room was exactly as described, great location right on the beach, the nachos and bartender downstairs were both amazing. All the other guests we encountered were great and many others talked about how they come here every year, we will be following suit as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

I loved my stay here. The room was just as described in the pictures. I enjoyed the view, restaurant, store, and private beach. My only complaint was at checkout the elevators were backed up. People were checking in, the same time as people were checking out. Many of us had to take our luggage down the stairs because we couldn’t get on the elevators.

Lovely layout with a great view. Very nice reception and service folks. But I’ve never been to a rental that doesn’t have salt and pepper, foil or plastic wrap, or Kleenex. And some furniture really needs to be updated. The sleeper sofa was in bad shape, squeaky and uncomfortable; the bathtub looked very worn, and several cups and plates were chipped.
