A cozy, family-friendly condo right on the beach and walking distance to Navarre Pier. It was clean and accommodating. Our kids appreciated the heated pool!

The hosts were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the master bathroom tub and shower were unusable. Even though there is a shower head, there is no way to turn it on. The bathtub had no plug, so it was also unusable unless you stuff a wash cloth into the drain. Fortunately, the second bathroom shower was operable. If there had been more people staying there, the shower would be a bigger problem.

This condo is located in a well maintained complex with direct beach access. The condo has beautiful beach views and direct beach access. We spotted different types of sea life daily: dolphins, stingrays and turtles. We enjoyed the benefit of having beach chairs that were included with our stay. While the condo was clean, it could use a deeper cleaning and some updates. Overall, it is a really good value.

Beautiful 10th floor 3 bedroom. Excellent view no k cup machine just regular coffee pot. Difficult communication between VRBO and SCEINIC STAYS. Was some confusion as who to contact. VRBO sent lock code @2pm and it didnt work. Scenic stays sent another code on a different app. It was confusing. Other than that confusion everyting else worked out perfectly. It was a beautiful couple of days. Will gladly come again.

This condo had everything we needed, and such a beautiful view! I believe the listing states it’s 2 bedrooms, but it actually has an extra bedroom that was great for kids. Our friends so graciously let us have the room with the view! We were able to cook our meals and head down to the beach to claim our spot. The weather held out on our short stay, and we got one full beach day minus the water (double red flags). The company was responsive, and communicated well. Overall it was a wonderful long weekend, and a great first trip to Navarre!

We came down for my son’s mountain bike race and made a beach weekend out of it. The condo was awesome and just as they described it. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise from our balcony every morning while drinking our coffee. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This condo is perfect. The location is the best. Parking is not overcrowded. Beds were comfy. Balcony has a breathtaking view of the gulf & pier. Could use basic essentials like salt & pepper. Would also be nice to know if there's a regular pot or a Kureg for coffee. Otherwise, 100% recommend!

Everything with this place is great, quiet, on the ocean with easy access to all Navarre Beach offers. And the host was quick to respond although I did not need anything due to the accommodations.

The beach was AMAZING!!! The views from the balcony were great. You get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included with the price of the rental! We loved the going to the pier to watch the fish, dolphins and sea turtles. There's a Sea Turtle Sanctuary within walking distance (half mile). Only issue was that we were missing a parking pass. The security guard was very nice and explained where we could park until we were able to get it. If you don't have the parking pass displayed, they will boot your car and it's at least $250 to get it removed. We called the contact number and they brought it to us very quickly (30 mins).

Great condo- clean and well stocked. The only issues were that the air is not allowed to be put down past 68, and that is non negotiable. The bed is squeaky, but a towel between the headboard and the wall fixed that. The worst thing is the chair people that set up in front of the condo. They are annoying and obnoxious if you want to take your own chairs out. I don't mind paying, but we like to put our chairs right at the edge of the water with our feet in the water and move them as the sun changes during the day. These guys set up the chairs all across the length of the beach so that there is NO room to set up your own chairs, and they put them so close to the water that it's impossible to navigate. Something needs to be done about that for sure- they could only do it across half of the property, and that would be fine, but they monopolize. We ended up going to another public beach not to deal with them. The condo itself is fantastic, though! The gift shop on premise is adorable too!

Perfect spot to walk to the pier and a couple of restaurants that were nearby. The view of the beach and ocean was perfect. Communication with the property manager was the only issue I had as far as getting a parking permit for my vehicle which took a few days to receive. Nice property would use again.

It was a great stay! Beds were comfortable and we had a great view of ocean. Only issue I had was with the dryers. I could not dry my clothes. I push the dry dial to high heat 3 or 4 times and let it run for an hour but still didn't dry. I had to dry my towels and shirts out on balcony

This place was immaculate! Very clean, lots of room. Only downside was the communication with the property manager. There was 8 of us and they only gave us 4 towels- it took them 2 days to respond and bring towels. The beds are not comfortable in the double bed room- overall it was amazing and we will definitely be back

Wonderful location, beautiful, quiet, very safe with onsite security. Security did great job in keeping non guests off property. Issues with condo--Even though no pet policy, obviously smelled like a dog had been staying there. Other than that, very clean. There is a problem with dryer, we found damp pillow cases in it when we arrived. The cycle had to be run twice to dry anything, they may need to get dryer checked. The listing is not accurate, there are 3 bedrooms, the 3rd having 2 twin beds. Also, the listing could do better in listing kitchen items. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, knives and appliances. There is a conventional coffee pot, not K Cup. It does have stand mixer, blender and toaster. Overall, this was a great place with easy walk to beach, minimal steps to climb. BIGGEST MISS--the unit includes beach service each day. That is worth $50/day. Why would you leave out that info?? Plan to try and book the same unit again next year, very happy!!!
