We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Seagrove Beach property! The location was fantastic—just a short walk or bike ride to everything we wanted to see and do along 30A. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was AMAZING! We instantly felt right at home. Communication with the host was top-notch—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. This was our first time in the 30a area and what a great experience! While we couldn’t find availability right on the water for our weekend, this was a great place. Directly across the street from the beach and conveniently just above a delicious restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if I go with 4 or less people.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of 30a. Parking was always super easy. Private beach access plus walking distance was perfect for us. I will say maybe don’t eat on the balcony the squirrels will find you! Hahaha.
Our only thing we wanted to note to people booking this spot is that the kitchen is stocked cooking pans and utensil wise but bring your own seasonings and coffee! There’s nothing, even no filters! Which is okay we just didn’t think about it! Loved our stay otherwise!

We loved our stay here. We came here for a relaxing baby moon before we have our baby girl. The walk to the beach was super easy. It was the perfect spot to be right down the street from all the action in seaside, but pretty much have the beach to ourselves. The condo was so quiet and relaxing!

My husband and I stayed a long weekend on 30A for a wedding at Old Florida Fish House, which was right down the road. We had a little free time and loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. We both grew up going to PCB and I don’t think we will go back. We fell in love with 30A! The beach is so beautiful, I’m sure having private beach access contributes to that. The Perfect Pig and shops downstairs were also convenient. We went to Cafe Thirty A for dinner and absolutely loved it! The condo was clean, close to so many restaurants and shops- just a quick drive down the beach to Seaside. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Scenic Stay was all we could ask for. The decor was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfy! We enjoyed people watching from our balcony in the mornings and evenings. Cross the road and you are right at the Grand Isle gate to the beach. When we arrived, the LR TV was not working but a call to Guest Services was all it took to get our maintenance man to our door. Angelo was professional, helpful and kind and the TV was replaced the next day. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It is a beautiful layout, very clean, and relatively quiet. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks. and a card is necessary for opening a private gate to gain beach access. The condo is located in a densely populated area. There are many excellent restaurants to enjoy, and beautiful seafood markets nearby if you love to cook while on vacation with freshly caught fish in the well-equipped kitchen,

The condo was in a great location with good parking, an elevator and very short walk to a private beach. Shopping and groceries also nearby. The unit was very clean and well stocked with any non-food items you might need. Bed was comfy. I didn’t love going to a separate site for unit information but it had what we needed. We stayed for 5 days for my daughter’s graduation trip. The unit was super clean except for an old shower curtain, which was quickly replaced by the host without any hassle on our end. There were plenty of clean towels, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! Right across the street from the private beach access and walking distance from a few restaurants, everything was convenient, and we felt safe the entire time. The Perfect Pig (restaurant below unit) is delicious and staff is friendly! Be sure to call ahead to book beach chair/umbrella setup or you might not get one your first or second day. LDV is the company they use. This place was perfect, and we’d definitely go back!

Having the ocean across the street on a private beach helped bring a relaxing vacation to the pinnacle of perfection. The accommodations were ideal for us. We made a few meals at the condo that was at times difficult to get moving for the day. We did activities up and down the coast, and really enjoyed each others company. Our stay at this property was amazing. This place is so close to the beach which made every day a beach day! We had a rental car, and so having a parking spot was a bonus. We only used the pool one afternoon after the beach, but it was clean and nicely kept. The apartment has the bare minimum of what you need as far as meal prep items. Lots of pots and pans and cookware, but since this is run by a property management group, nothing gets left behind food wise. So, get all the things you'll need to do your meals (butter, olive oil, coffee, condiments)! There are no beach chairs or towels, bring your own or rent from the company at the beach! The bed was comfortable, bathrooms very clean and the closet had lots of space to hang clothes which we took advantage of. The TV has cable channels which is a nice perk and you can log into your streaming if you want! All around this place had it all and we would 100% come back and recommend to any group of 2 or 4 looking for a fun 30A getaway. Since you're kind of right in the middle of it all it's easy to get to Grayton or PCB depending on what you feel! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Came to Seaside for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We love to travel but always seem to gravitate to 30A for comfort and familiarity. The condo was beautiful and so clean! Great location not too close to the busyness of Seaside but an easy 5-10 minute drive when you want to go shopping. The restaurant below the condo was wonderful - highly recommend!

We enjoyed our trip so much! This condo was directly across the street from the beach! The walk was short and easy! It is conveniently located to everything you could need or want! We walked or biked to dinner each night. The restaurant below was delicious for breakfast and dinner! The room was clean and well stocked with everything you could need! We brought all of our beach supplies. This made it slightly difficult to get a good spot on the beach. The beach chair rental company covered the majority of the beach with it’s chairs to purchase for the day. If you are renting chairs, you will have no problem! If you prefer your own chair, you will have to get up early and get a little lucky to find a spot you can see the water. This seemed to be the standard for the entire 30A area though. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next trip!

My family enjoyed this Condo and all the amenities that came with it. The bedroom and both bathrooms were large and very nice. Easy access to our bicycles and our car in the back. Only 4 minutes to the beach and it is private which makes it nice for a family. The balcony had plenty of space for relaxing -and the kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to eat in once in a while. I would recommend this space to anyone that has 4 or less people, you will have a great time!

This was the perfect apartment for my husband and I. The apartment had everything we needed and it was just across the street from the beach. It was a two mile ride to Seaside and Modica Market which we traveled to almost every day. It is centrally located and there is just a Publix three miles down the road. There was a book in the apartment that had a bunch of different restaurants and things to do which was extremely helpful. The only issue that we had was we didn't rent chairs and South Winds chair rentals hogs the shoreline so there are no open spaces for non chair renters. But we would stay here again in a heart beat. The best part is there is a little café down stairs that you can grab a bit to eat. 10/10 would recommend staying here with your significate other.

We had a great stay at Grand Isle 204! The condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a week. It is also in a great location in the heart of Seagrove and a quick walk to the beach! The only small complaint we had was only having one key fob to access the beach- it was somewhat inconvenient when we would go down/return from the beach at different times and would have to shuttle the fob back and forth. But overall still a great stay!

We loved the property, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The perfect pig was a great restaurant and bonus to have downstairs. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the condo was decorated so cute ! Our only complaint was the noise upstairs. Other than that it was wonderful!

We loved our stay right in the heart of Seagrove. Condo was clean and cute, and the bed was comfortable. Beach access was better than I thought it might be. Walk across the street, through the gate, and down the short path and boardwalk to the beach. An extra gate fob would have been ideal, but how can you complain when you’re in Seagrove? It’s my happy place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Isle #204. Very clean and comfortable condo and convenient to beach access, restaurants, and shops. The bike rental credit was great and we enjoyed riding to Seaside and Rosemary. Definitely recommend!

This place was perfect!! The easiest check in and check out. The location was great because you still are surrounded by people and things but not the busy seaside, which is just a bike ride down the road! It was so so clean. The location to the beach was perfect, so close. We LOVED staying above the perfect pig. Their food is Amazing. We will for sure be coming back!

30A has become our new vacation area over the past several years, specifically in Santa Rosa Beach.. This condo in Seagrove Beach was a new area for me and my wife. The condo was perfect for our 7th anniversary. It was clean, well kept, fully stocked and in a great location. The property managers were easy to communicate with. There was a credit included in our package for gear rental. We chose chairs and an umbrella for two days. No one ever showed up to assist us, nor were there any chairs reserved for us. This was not any fault of the property managers, only an issue with the gear rental company who is not affiliated. I would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

Gorgeous condo in the best location! Just steps away from the beach and includes private beach access. Its also a perfect 2 mile walk to Seaside for morning coffee and brunch! The bed is so comfortable! I would stay here over and over again. I was also notified that the condo was ready before the 4pm check-in time which was so nice! Thankful the owners are willing to share their beautiful condo! :)

Beautiful condo with plenty of amenities in a perfect location. Jason, Sarah and the crew treated me like royalty. PJ was available all hours to assist with any issue I would not think of using any other company in Santa Rosa Beach. .

The unit was wonderful. Very comfortable quarters, but beware that if someone is staying the unit on the 3rd floor, you’ll hear every footstep. Unfortunately for us, our neighbors above us liked to wake up before 6 am and constantly walk around and move chairs.

The condo is great, and has everything you need. The beach is a short walk across 30A - very convenient. We had two elementary-aged kids sleeping on pull-out sofa and toddler in the bedroom with us and had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee and the smell of The Perfect Pig before we head out to the beach. Great location with about a 2 mile bike to Seaside. There was quite a bit of noise from footsteps in the unit above us but other than that it’s pretty quite. I would be cautious of getting locked out on the patio (luckily I wasn’t alone) and making sure the front door locks on the way out. You have turn the inside lock before you leave. But overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The condo was beautiful! The decor was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the location and having the restaurant and cute boutique underneath was fun. The only negative was how loud the above foot traffic was. I am thinking maybe it was due to the hard wood floors (which were gorgeous). We would love to come back sometime!!

We enjoyed our stay in Unit #204. It was exactly as the pictures conveyed. It was clean and well stocked. Our family of four fit perfectly. We enjoyed using the kitchen, lovely dining table, and outdoor patio space. The location was nice, really central on 30A. Our unit was 321 steps to the beach, and we enjoyed having private access directly across the street. My only room for improvement would be to have a chair/umbrella rental included with the unit or make sure people know that they have to use Southwinds for that stretch of beach.

You also do have the option of bringing your own beach chairs and umbrellas, and you can even take advantage of the $100 credit that you receive from Live Well 30A to pay for those! Hello, Overall it was a lovely experience. However, the WiFi and the television were not functioning when we arrived Friday evening. The check in and check out times are unfavorable given the rate per night. it doesn’t feel like there’s enough time to enjoy the area before checking out I’m the morning. Although we received a $100 credit for rentals the rental company was not accommodating whatsoever. Therefore, we had to manage on our own for a beach umbrella and towels. For the amount we paid, we hoped we would be able to utilize the beach rental service. Despite the setbacks, the location and beach were excellent.

We are so glad that you had a lovely experience at Grand Isle 204! We agree it’s a great condo! As for the cable and WiFi, unfortunately it was an area wide outage with the local provider. We’re glad they were able to get it back up and running quickly though. Our standard check in is 4PM and standard check out times are 10AM. This is standard in the area and allows our cleaning teams and inspectors plenty of time to get the unit ready for our next guests. We also always try and get you in prior to 4 if we can. The $100 credit from Live Well 30A could also have been used for items like bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach bonfires back pack beach chairs etc…but you are correct that you do have to use the on site beach vendor for beach chair and umbrella setup, because it is a private beach. However, we do supply that information in all of your check in emails. Once again we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!

This was one of our favorite trips to 30A & we’ve been visiting the area for years. The balcony was such a treat. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the map to the private walkway was so appreciated. The complex was quiet even with the popular eatery located on the first floor. We loved the way this unit was thoughtfully decorated. It was comfortable & well stocked. It was also very clean. We would love to return and revisit this condo 💗

We stayed here for 6 weeks. The place is beautifully decorated in southern beach decor. It’s immaculate as well. Loved the way it faces because the sun shines in and gives it a nice bright feel. Being right across the street from the beach was just the best! We ran on the beach each and every day. Absolutely loved it. The condo is also perfectly located near shopping and other things to do. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a beach vacation.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook. We also enjoyed having the Perfect Pig right below us for dinner. Easy walk across the street to the beach access. We've stayed in many rentals and the worst part is always the uncomfortable bed, however, this condo had an awesome mattress which means we had restful sleep. This is the perfect location for a family with teenagers. We had 2 boys with us and they loved the proximity to Seaside. It was close enough but far enough to the hustle and bustle (specially during spring break). Having the Perfect Pig restaurant right below was awesome! The only issue we had was our parking spot was taking a few times by the shopping patrons. We had no place to park and no instructions on what to do. Other than that the location is great, the condo was super clean and comfortable. We love it!
