***IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE***
One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Unit 202 at One Seagrove Place is your perfect beachfront escape with easy access and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the second floor, this unit provides everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Step into a bright and welcoming space with coastal-inspired decor. The main living area features tile flooring that adds to the beachy vibe, while plush carpeting in the bedrooms ensures comfort. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and a 32” TV with a DVD player, perfect for unwinding. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a 19” TV with a DVD player for added entertainment. Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa in the living room, where you'll also find a 32” TV and a Bose radio.

Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
