La propiedad por dentro muy linda, muy buena ubicación, la razón por la cual no me sentí cómoda en mi estadía en sundestin fue porque no hay suficiente parqueo varias noches fue un solo de cabeza y no encontré ningún parqueo disponible y pretendían que fuera a poner mi carro a chick fil A y caminar hasta el hotel todo eso con el calor de Florida varias noches tuve que dejar mi carro a la orilla de una banqueta arriesgando a que mi auto fuera golpeado por mal estacionamiento
Fui ala oficina un par de veces por esos motivos y nunca me pudieron resolver nada, así que pienso que si rentas un lugar para tus vacaciones debes tener suficiente parqueo para los huéspedes

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction, which has temporarily impacted parking availability around the property. We recognize that this can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As part of the resort’s policy, each one- and two-bedroom condo is allotted one vehicle only, and parking in the main lot may be limited—particularly after hours.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with the property management team to improve communication and support for our guests during this time. Your comfort and safety are very important to us, and we hope to provide a smoother experience should you choose to stay with us again.

Everything here was as described in the booking! Was under construction but Scenic Stays was very informative about it all! This condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a Comfortable stay! Views from the balcony were beautiful! Only thing missing in the condo was a Full length mirror! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great place, unit was clean had lots of towels which was fantastic! Only reason i didn’t give 5 stars on cleaning was there were some things that were missed. There were several kids toys that were tucked under the curtain in the living room. Other than that it was perfect. Check in was smooth and quick. Room was as described and the company was proactive about letting me know how to check in and all the resources available to me. Everything worked in the unit as it should. There was construction going on at the location during my stay, the only thing this really affected was parking. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The only negative I could say is that the remote for the tv in the bedroom did not control the built in dvd player. The only way to play a video was to push the buttons on the tv itself. Other than that, the condo was very nice. It had everything you needed plus a little more. It was very clean, and it was updated nicely.

One word to describe our stay is , PERFECT! When you walk in it smells very clean, there are so many towels available. And they even offer pods to use the dishwasher. Lastly, the view was amazing, right on the beach !
We visit Destin annually so we will be booking again.

Perfect location for easy beach access and beautiful views. Condo was as described. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had lots of various kitchen ware to use which was a nice unexpected addition. We felt very comfortable during our stay.
Our only issues arose when we had difficultly getting a decent Wifi signal unless we were in certain spots in the space. And very low water pressure in the shower. (Maybe because we were up 14 floors?)
Overall a great trip!

The Sundestin Resort was great! Exactly like the pictures shown when booking. Very clean and easy checkin! The beach is literally 5 minutes down stairs! The views from the balcony were awesome! This was a great deal for sure!

It was our first time in Destin and at Sundestin. We loved the view from the room! The beds were comfy, kitchen was updated and the balcony was spacious. Our only complaint is that the wifi wasnt great. It goes in and out. We would stay there again though!!!

We loved our stay in 1402! The view was spectacular with occasional views of dolphins in the mornings right off our balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and appliances in great shape! Flooring was beautiful throughout and shower was easy to get in and out of and beautifully updated! My only recommendation would be to add additional blankets under the couch or in the closets as the first few days were very cool while we were there and so were the evenings in December. Lastly, the ceiling fan in the bedroom was not functional either. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and well equipped. The seating in the deck is worn, however, and with a heavy person will likely not hold up. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say that needs work is that the common areas were in need of a good scrub when we arrived but seemed better a couple days later. We realize it’s hard to keep such a large building always clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!

This was our first trip to Destin and we really enjoyed it. Our room was everything we needed. The room was clean and the perfect size for our family of four. Only issue , if classified as an issue, (more like a 1st world problem 😅 ) was the dishwasher was out of order so had to hand wash dishes . We did a little bit of cooking ,mainly breakfast so it wasn’t much of an issue . Hosts provided dish soap , scrub and dish drainer. Overall it was perfect . Will definitely be booking again.

We loved the resort but the area for smokers was the pits. No shelter from the elements. Area looked like mix and match leftovers. Had folding chairs where other areas had nice picnic tables.

We stayed a week with our family (size 5 people). The condo was really clean and had most of the things we needed except a washer/drier. Would recommend to add one as its very inconvenient to go down the hall to wash towels and kids clothes coming from the beach. Everything else was nice. We liked the location and the fact that in the lobby there’s a little convenient store to buy ice, some groceries and kids toys if needed. Overall place is really clean and in a great location.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and bright. View of the beach fantastic! The sofa bed is a bit worn but useable. Other than that we had no issues.
