The Crescent 302 features two bedrooms and two baths, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The spacious, open living area offers coastal decor, comfy furnishings, and stunning Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and you can dine at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the private balcony with views of gorgeous sunsets. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV, while the guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed and its own TV. A full-sized washer and dryer provide added convenience.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 5 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.

wonderful stay

Staff is amazing, from front desk to maintenance, to beach chairs/umbrellas. Condo was clean but did find someone's socks and an empty water bottle under the bed.

Overall experience was good

Great location in condo. Great view of the beach to Destin! Very comfy couch. Unit was equipped with the bare essentials only and marginal at best for a week's stay (cookware, utensils, etc). Ceiling fan made noise in living room and could not be used, some range burners did not work, washer/dryer did not wash/dry very well, and toilets were slow to flush. Minor things but we have stayed in other units here and they were far better.

The beach views were amazing. Nicely furnished with a coastal rustic design. Great for a couple or family with small children. The bottom bunk is a full size bed. We will be back (off season) The beaches, restaurants & roads are crowded.

Consistently Excellent

Out first visit to the Crescent was nearly 20 years ago, and it is remarkable that the Crescent and its beach have maintained the high standard of quality that we enjoyed on our first visit, and which keeps bringing us back. Everything was just as described. We had everything we needed in kitchen area to stay in and eat etc. views were beautiful. Easy walk to beach or pool. Very clean and updated space. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our condo! It was so clean when we arrived, even smelled fresh, not a grain of sand anywhere. The beds were good and the couch naps were even better, amazing couch! We loved having a room for our son so have his own space and the kitchen had everything we need. We have already talked about going back.

May 2023…The Crescent #302 was perfect for me and my husband. The condo itself is beautiful and very spacious with spectacular views of the Gulf and the pool from the living area and the master bedroom. Both have balcony access. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
