Reservations March through October include beach service. Parking passes and required wristbands are included in your reservation. Please note: guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Seychelles parking rules:

One parking pass is provided. It will be left in your unit on the counter. Please do not park on the FIRST FLOOR; due to handicap and owner parking.

**Overflow Parking needs to be done off-site.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
