Our fitness facility will please the exercise enthusiast, and the gift shop boasts an array of beach supplies and keepsakes to make your trip even more enjoyable. Seasonal offerings include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Grab complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in your unit. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your large gatherings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1407 is a breezy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll welcome the inviting feel of this home away from home, bathed in ocean blues and complemented by beachy decor. All can enjoy the expansive views and engage easily with others in this open-concept unit. The kitchen is loaded with everything needed to prepare meals and tasty treats for the beach. Catch up with one another or catch a game in the cozy living room with flat-screen TV. Enjoy a board game or puzzle at the dining table with seating for four. Step out onto the private balcony and breathe in the sea air or take a catnap on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. You’ll love the privacy of the master suite complete with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Stay close or embark on a short, 20-minute drive to Destin Commons for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! No problems with the room at all, VERY CLEAN, Cold a/c which is a big plus for me, Wonderful location, Private beach with a lifeguard, We did not rent any chairs we brought our own & it worked out great! Clean beach, DELICIOUS restaurant on site with really good food & drinks that will deliver to beach but great for dining in which we ate there 6 times because we loved it so much! Gift shops & stores within walking distance! We will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you so much!

Wonderful vacation

The restaurant on site was a little less than we hoped for. Had to drive every time we wanted a meal. That was the only recommendation for improvement.

First time to Destin.

This condo was very nice. The issues we had was that the bath tub needs to have some sort of shower mat to keep from slipping, this was a big issue with both my husband and myself, and possibly some sort of grab bar when getting in and out. I know this issue is more for older people than younger ones. My husband loved that it had a recliner, he sometimes has a hard time sleeping and needs to recline, so that was a big plus. Also the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, including my own.

The location was great with lots to do in the immediate area. The condo was exactly as described and the listed photos. We loved the balcony with an unbelievable view of the beach and ocean.
Two complaints:
1) I asked, and was messaged ahead of time, that early check in started at 11am. We hit the grocery store on our way into Destin only to find out that this was not guaranteed and had to wait. The staff was helpful and took our frozen stuff up to the room. However, at noon, we were told that the room was almost done, would be ready shortly, and they would call us. None of this was true. I checked back hourly and finally they got us in about 3:30pm. The moral of the story is simply don't plan on checking in early.
2) The 'concierge' they send you to in order to get your parking pass is really just a time share salesperson. If you don't want that sales pitch, I'd recommend simply grabbing your pass and walking away.
Overall this is a fantastic place and we would stay again

Awesome View

This unit was very comfortable for 2! The view was beautiful, on the 14th floor. The unit had everything you could need, except scissors. Check out was a hassle, as our key quit working (before check out time), so our luggage was locked inside and the elevators were maxed out. Some people waited 45 minutes to catch one. Staggered check out would be nice. Overall, would stay again.
