This is a wonderful house! Perfect for our group of 12! The house was very close to the beach & an easy walk. Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean, we were very satisfied. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this house! It feels very private and there is plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to the beach and 20 min walk to seaside.
My only advice would be to bring additional trash bags, dish soaps, toilet paper, paper towels etc.

Our family spent this week at Pure Joy celebrating Thanksgiving. It was very roomy and comfortable. The carriage house was an added bonus for us when we needed a little quiet. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we cooked some amazing meals there. The only complaint we had and it wasn’t anyone’s fault is trash didn’t pick up on Thursday because of the holiday and the cans were overflowing when we got there. Thanks for the sweetest time!

The house was in a great location and not a bad value. Comfortable beds and we appreciated the beach chairs and toys. My only complaint is that the kitchen could use some basic staples. There was no salt or pepper, oil or even foil or a few baggies to store food. We stay at Airbnb so that we can cook meals and enjoy more time together instead of being in a hotel. Other than that I would recommend this home.

We loved our stay here I didn’t want to leave! It was cozy and we had more than enough room for our 12 people! I love that they had 12 beach chairs available. 10 minute walk to the beach. 1 mile walk to the area with food trucks and shops. Community pool was nice and right across the road. Our 4 cars fit perfectly in driveway. The carriage house was nice and cozy too. I hope to come back one day!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is less than a 4 minute walk to the beach access. The neighborhood pool is literally at the end of the driveway. We had young children with us, so we hit the beach all morning, had lunch and then spent the afternoon at the poolThe house is well set up, but there is only one bedroom on the main floor. The rest are upstairs, but they are all beautiful and worth the climb. We did not use the additional apartment above the garage but did a walkthrough and it set up verry well with a small kitchen, living area, full bathroom and bedroom.There is a screened porch on the front and back, and we used both, especially in the mornings.Kitchen is well set up, with every appliance you could ever need. There is a Publix grocery store about a 5 minute drive away that really outstanding. Short drive to Seaside; the walk is about 20 minutes.We appreciated the beach chairs and the exceptional internet speed. Overall, a very positive experience.

This was the perfect house and location for our stay in Seagrove Beach! This house has it all. Plenty of space for all of our guests and all the amenities that we needed. This house is perfectly located only 1 mile from Seaside and .25 from the beach. We also enjoyed the fact that the beach access is not as congested as other parts of 30A. The neighborhood pool is right across the street and the neighborhood tennis/pickle ball court is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The carriage house was a great private space for me to do virtual work all week long without bothering our guests in the main house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants very close beach access without paying the higher prices of just 1 mile down the road.

This house was great for our party of 12, consisting of three adult couples and six teenagers. Right across from the pool, just a short stroll to the beach and bikeable to Seaside. We had a problem with the AC in the backhouse that the property manager resolved very quickly, and she also quickly replaced a few kitchen staples that were missing. Overall a great stay!

Scenic Stays gets a A+ from my family and I. They went out of their way to assist me with the trip at every turn and checked in multiple times during the stay. We encountered a problem with the washing machine but they made arrangements for me to do laundry at another residence they manage. The last night we were there, the A/C in the carriage house was not cooling properly but they immediately had someone come out and look at it. The house itself was a wonderful fit for our family and I will definitely consider staying there again, and using ScenicStays.

House: One of the few homes we could find with king-sized beds in most rooms. Worked great for our group. Plenty of places to get together or to be alone. Nice appliances with plenty of counter space.
Long but narrow driveway easily fit our 3 cars but means a bit of car shuffling.
Neighborhood: Close to pool. Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the beach. Even closer than it looked in the pictures.
Pool: Nice, well maintained with bathrooms. Was never crowded.
Beach: As advertised! Very clean, uncrowded, clear water.
Area: While everything was pricey, some things were worthy of the extra expense, some weren't. Paying extra for the convenience of anyrhing close by. You can pay extra to bike to Publix or drive the 20 minutes to a nice Wal-Mart with and still Wal-Mart prices.
The house came with 5 bikes which was a nice surprise.
All in all a great experience. Very pleased with the home and the area.

Loved this property location, fully stocked kitchen with any small appliance you can think of, the quest house was perfect for the grandparents, bikes included, right across from the pool and about 2 easy blocks to the beach! BBQ grill with ectea propane tanks, a fire table with seating for after beach fun. Enough parking for 3-4 card plus a golf cart (not included). The kids loved the bunk room and the parents loved the porches. Bring your own baby gates for the stairs, beach towels and toys. Beach chairs on the patio but bring your own taller camp style chairs. comfy beds, comfy towels and plenty of room for lounging. Close to all things 30a! what a gem! Coming back again next year!

Pure Joy was great! Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals at home! the guest house was perfect for the grandparents (could not find the stair lights though). Extra propane tanks were great for the grill! the firetable was used several nights for smores and fun! The adults loved the screen porches and appreciate that the doors opened into the porch to keep littles inside! we brought a baby gate for the stairs and the kids loved tge bunk room! Perfect for night time movies. The location was great.. near pool, beach, shopping, Seaside.. it was so relaxing! Kids saw a deer down the street even. Parking was fine for 3 cars and a golf cart! loved having the bikes for late evening rides! all around great value! Loved this home and can tell the owners took great strides to think of everything needed for a family beach trip! Hope to come back again! This was the perfect place for our party of 10, and there was even room to spare. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 teenage girls and 4 adults. The house had any kitchen utensil we needed, as we cooked most meals there. And the appliances were very nice to use. The living area sectional was extremely comfortable, and the beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The location was great - close to the front of the neighborhood, and right across the street (30A) from beach access. We would walk or bike to the beach. Which, this beach access is dreamy! Not too crowded. I can't say enough good things about this rental and location. I would 100% stay here again.

This was the best spot! The house was close to the front of the neighborhood, which made it super convenient when going to the beach. The beach access point was right across 30A from the neighborhood, and the beach was NOT crowded in this area! The location was also great as our teens biked to Seaside with ease, frequently. The house itself was perfect for our group of 10, 6 teenage girls and 4 adults, with room to spare. All of the bedrooms were very clean with such comfortable beds. We cooked most meals in the kitchen, and it was stocked with all of the utensils/appliances we needed. (Note, the knives are not sharp at all). And the appliances were very nice to use. The sectional sofa in the main living area is VERY comfortable and provided plenty of seating and relaxing space for our group. This house was a great setup for a large group, and we never felt crowded. I would definitely stay here again. I really liked the location of this house and the amenities.

Pure Joy lived up to its name! We had a great week and our teenage daughters really enjoyed the viper close proximity to the pool, the beach and Seaside. It’s a great location and with lots of amenities. The beach chairs and bikes are a HUGE plus. And the carriage house was ideal for our extra guests. We had a wonderful time at Pure Joy. The house and guesthouse gave our family plenty of room. Renters, be aware that the fourth bedroom in the main house has just a half bath and no door. It wasn’t ideal, but it did work out ok for us. The mattresses and bedding are top notch, and all of the furniture is very comfortable. The screen porches surrounded by woods were a favorite relaxing spot and the children really enjoyed the backyard. There’s a few things that need replacement in this house, but hopefully, since we reported them, it will be taken care of. The management company was very responsive. Location to the beach and pool is fantastic! Everyone loved biking in the neighborhood and also biking to the Seaside shops. This house felt so private and tranquil, surrounded by trees, and this really made the location perfect for our family!

We had a large group and the house has everything we could ask for! The kitchen was well stocked, they provided enough towels for everyone, and everything felt very well thought out. The distance to the beach was amazing and an easy bike ride away from Seaside shops! Will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful time on vacation with our family at "Pure Joy"! The house is perfectly located with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a mile from Seaside. It helps that the house is in the very front of the neighborhood. Our kids loved riding the bikes and the beach chairs were a great amenity as well. We used the tennis court in the neighborhood daily........it is very well maintained. Even though we didn't use the neighborhood swimming pool, it is conveniently located right across the street. We slept 6 people very comfortably in the main house but could have easily put more and we didn't even use the carriage house. The cooking utensils were perfect. We will definitely be back to stay at Pure Joy!

Pure Joy was perfect for our three families. Three 18-year old boys stayed in the carriage house and each of the 3 couples stayed in one of the king rooms. Two sisters stayed in the bunk room. The kitchen was super well-equipped with a blender, crockpot, pots, pans, glassware, etc. Everything you could need. Guest services was very attentive. There is some information that I think would be helpful to others: The property came with 5 bikes and 13 (I think) beach chairs. The property also has three spacious covered patios (one is off of a bedroom). Also, we needed to determine the bedroom assignments before we arrived so it would have been helpful for me to know some more details on where the bedrooms were and the bathroom situation. Here is what I can tell you: the room that is called the "Master" is on the third floor and looks like it was once the "crow's nest" of the house. It does not have a door that closes off the bedroom. It has only a half bath - no shower or tub. It has an uncovered balcony. The room in the photos that has a covered porch is on the 2nd floor. It has a very nice bathroom/shower with double vanity. The bunk room is also on the 2nd floor and it has a small bathroom with single pedestal sink and shower. There is one bedroom on the first floor and it has a nice, large shower with a small pedestal-type sink. I hope this is helpful for others. We had the most magical time there with our boys (and girls).

Great house, very clean, with nice amenities! Great location. A few little things to consider before the next guest comes. There were ants and bugs in the In law house, a loose electrical box in the main house (kitchen), and the bushes need to be trimmed in the driveway. Overall loved the house and the location!!
