Head indoors and swing by the gift shop for some afternoon shopping.  Indulge in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Utilize the fitness facility at your convenience and select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space should you need additional room for large gatherings, functions, or events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1401 is a comfortably decorated, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. One step in this cheerful, bright, open concept living/dining unit and you’ll feel right at home! The fully appointed kitchen is loaded with cabinet and counter space, ideal for meal preparation. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table for snacks and conversation. Catch breathtaking views on the private balcony, accessible from either the living room or master suite. Settle in for the evening on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or on the king bed in the guest suite. Recline in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Destin is a great place for family vacationing, with fun activities, great restaurants, and water adventures just minutes from the property!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
